Everytime i try to log in ty accounty phone freezes up and locks my phone up. If by CHANCE it DOESN'T freezey phone ot just goes to a blank white screen. id give it a zero if i could..
Hasn't been updated in over 3 years which makes it totally useless unless you have an older phone!!!

Just gives a white screen when you try to set up a login will not load at all.

Sometimes a new look isn't better. This app has so many errors in the code. It completely screwed my payment method up seeing how it won't even link my stuff now. Tell your app developers they need help with their code.
Awful! App worked fine until this new "switch" and now when I try to use it to pay my bill it completely freezes and crashes my phone. Junk! Deleted it so my phone doesn't get totally messed up by this garbage app.
I've never had trouble with the app now I can no longer bring my payment up because it doesn't wanna sign in using my Facebook account. Totally not liking the new update
This app is terrible now!!!! i cant log in to make a payment on my electric bill so i have to go online which is such a pain!!!!! Just take the app off as a form of payment!!
I really liked using the app, especially a week before my payday, but ever since bvu optinet went to sunset fiber, now the app has lots of bugs, I cannot see anything on my utility usage, please fix this bug, thank you

The app was great, but since optinet sold to Sunset, the app doesn't work. Opens numerous chrome tabs and freezes up my phone.
Investing
You're better off just loading the apps if using a tablet. Can't navigate some, need Flash Player for others, and I can just as easily manage my accounts from my computer. Needs improvements for tab users.
No more entering account info at every network's website, no more downloading every network's app either it's all in one app now.
This apps allows me to manage my account and schedule my DVR to record from my phone
The app freezes my phone and I have to power off and back on again just to have access back to my phone. This change to sunset has caused so many problems for the customers. Were you not ready for the change or too tight to pay a trained technician to fix this? We all know you can afford to. 😣
