I was able to download my pass, unlike others. However, my pass did not work for the first place I went to due to it already having been used, even though I bought it a mere hour beforehand and went directly to my first place. This seems to be a very questionable product. I had to pay to get into the place, negating any money saved due to the app, but did receive a full refund at least.
Ordered through Expedia but can't redeem pass. Looking through review responses and they say to call for help, but I've been waiting two hours for a call back. Expedia won't refund. My friends are inside the museum enjoying their day--but this ruined my day. NOT WORTH IT.
the app is very misleading I purchased tickets a week before our departure for an amusement park and apparently they weren't the correct ones when I got there I had to repurchase some through the park which was very frustrating and yes when I tried to get them they weren't downloading had to call customer service and they didn't even explain to me what the tickets were for I would never buy tickets from here again
Read all of these reviews...Don't waste your time with this app. Same complaint as all of these other reviews. Searched by entering order number and email and app can't find my passes. This obviously hasn't been resolved since reading all the complaints about this app that the issue isn't a concern to Go City Card. I'm mad that I found all this out the night before leaving on my family's trip. So disappointed and angry.
So far, it loaded fine and seems to work. However, it is INCREDIBLY stupid that you can only load by the order number and not by specific pass. So all 6 members of our party now have access to all 6 passes and have to make sure they scan the right one each time. If you could load by actual ticket confirmation number, this would not be an issue.
Having problem buying the tickets, wasting my few hours. When I finally managed to buy the tickets, my order was cancelled saying that I have given fraudulent info which I did not. The contact number provided cannot be reached. So frustrating...
Used this during a recent trip to NYC. We went to 5 attractions and had no problem with the app or with the attractions accepting the passes. It definitely worked well for us.
Bought two Boston passes and the app keeps saying "Unable to Load Order" when I follow the instructions. Updating and restarting app and phone did not resolve the issue. We'll have to do paper. Waste of time.
If ordered through Groupon, just call their customer service so they can tie the voucher number to an email address. It took me less than 3 minutes. I easily used all 5 passes successfully. It was really good value!
As stated on another view, input order number and comes up with "unable to load". Contacted customer service, advised to have to ticket activated and should load. We went to 2 attractions and app still wouldn't work. Rang and waited until first attraction and still didn't work. Still wouldn't load after all attractions were visited, so sorry won't be amending rating.
Works just fine. I ordered the San Diego passes and you just have to wait a little for the order to process. FYI, the costco order number IS NOT the same order number used to register with the app. Wait for the order to process, get the email by TicketOps and then follow the directions. JUST READ IT.
Tickets lie about perks. It talks about skipping lines and being able to get into attractions faster, but that's not true. You still end up in the same lines waiting just as long.
Bought a pass on a different site and tried to connect the pass through the app, its not working... keeps saying "Unable to load". Useless, easier to just use a screenshot of the e-pass
quick and easy! if you bought your pass through Groupon, just call customer service they'll link it for you right away. app is minimalist and smooth. thank you.
Just like others have said... the app does not work. I entered the information that it asked for order #/email and says NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE. Downloaded paper tickets just in case! I hope there are no problems when arriving to the attractions.
tickets are a rip off bought for cheaper price and it didnt include all the things a normal pass would. so the things i wanted to see were not included. 1/2 the museum not open to me for 6 dollars less
Just doesnt work. Bought 2 passes and was recommended to use them via the app. The app (and the website) dont recognise the pass number, nobody from customer services emails me back and the UK customer services number doesnt work. Waste of money :(
i have just paid for a pass for my visit next month but after downloading the app, it cannot find my order. I have entered the number and my email address mulitple times but to no avail. Very disappointed. I hope I am able to get a refund.
Absolutely useless. No images load. No information on each attraction. No directions on where to go. Literally no point to the app
App does not not load pass. I enter my order number and email address that I used to purchase the pass, but when I enter that into the app, it says it cannot load the pass. Useless.
PSA: if you bought through groupon, it won't work until they associate your order with an email of your choice. call the customer service number. It took 2 minutes, they were pleasant, and then all was well.
The app seemed to have loaded correctly. Other users who are giving this a bad rating must not be doing something right. I can't wait to use it in LA. It is a good tool to use for trip planning.
I just downloaded the app and loaded my Oahu Go Card without any problems with it. Everything looks good in the app. Maybe they have done some bug fixes on the app..
Lucky everybody who could actually download the app. Mine has been "pending" for the last 40 minutes. So I can't even see if it can find my order, which I placed thru their website. I'll probably get the canned message to call the 800 number, but it's 11:30 pm and I bet they don't answer...
Excellent app. It's perfect for traveling to meet a new city. Good attractions including.
I purchased 3 passes for NYC and 3 passes for Chicago via Costco.ca. I could only load the NYC passes on the app. While I have 2 order number, the one for Chicago passes doesn't work. Also, I can see my NYC passes and the attractions but I cannot access any of the attractions to see more details nor look for attraction using the search function! Basically useless!
