Got an email to say order complete. Syncd the pass, but app just says payment is processing, and wait 4 hours...... I had to reinstall the app to get the passes. Also, a lot of the links to reserve at attractions are stale and not working. That's true for legoland and seaworld so far.

I felt I had to add the app to book reservations. However, when I started looking for the premium items I saw a few but my family member booking on her end couldn't find anything. Now that I've gone back in, using search I still can't find the premium attractions. There is a glitch in this app and it's not loading the attractions. I fear I'll only be using it for the qr code. Which one vendor mentioned also may not work.. fingers crossed!

This app gives you the option to purchase additional tickets but gocity then repeatedly cancels the transactions AFTER charging the card. Additionally the tickets I originally got no longer show up under my tickets unless I uninstall the app and go back to the original email and start over. I called the service for help to be told that the only way for me to order more tickets is online. I now have charges at my bank for 4 ticket but 2 have been cancelled.

It's a cool service but the app doesn't sync well with the all inclusive pass so it's showing that I don't have a premium attraction included. Otherwise the app is good

App is garbage in Paris. All attractions require pre booking which you can't navigate through the app. Ended up paying verses battling the app. Hopefully I get a refund... but I doubt it.

Had no issues using the passes. I saw a lot of people in the reviews complain about the brightness. Yes it does adjust itself to where you cannot turn the setting back down. But, it does that so the passes can be scanned. Went on The Ride Experience NYC, Top of the Rock, and the 9/11 Memorial & Museum. Had a great time in NYC for the short time I was there! This pass is worth every penny saved me alot of money(over $100 for two people)!

It's a shame because we have used Go City twice before without trouble. But we had trouble from the beginning with the third one. Weren't able to pay at all. Tried 3 different cards and on 2 different devices. When we tried the live chat the agent made it seem like the only possible option was that we were doing something wrong. Decided to sign out of the chat when our issue still wasnt resolved.

App is wonky, as it doesn't seem to be able to search for destinations. You have to scroll to find. And even though the confirmation email you receive gives you info to enter into the app, it doesn't tell you that you have to scroll to fi d the destination first. A lot of stuff that the user just has to figure out.

I purchased 4 of the all Inclusive passes. For some reason when I go to see all attractions it has many of them marked off as not available. I called and spoke with customer service and they told me there was an issue with the app and that a new update would fix this problem. That was one week ago and now I'm still seeing the same thing.

Pass contradicts what it says on web. Web shows attractions included with the level of pass i bought but the app says one is not included. CS says not to worry. What???? Edit: Emailed CS to confirm the 2 attractions i bought are included even tho app says one isn't. They gave long explanation to excuse the glitch without admitting there is a glitch. How can your app contradict what the web shows and expect your cust not to be concerned?!? Every app i own syncs but this one. So DUMB. FIX IT!!!!!!

tried to use this app multiple times to download Groupon codes and never worked. Go City also is a terrible deal and there are many exclusions not listed on their website or in the document. Boat ride said I couldn't reuse it though the instructions said once per day. We tried using it on another day and it wouldn't work. Complete waste of energy.

This app is terrible. I have had good experiences with the previous Go City Boston app, but this general Go City app will not sync with my reservation. Trying to struggle to find a printer is an awful vacation experience...

First I had trouble syncing pass. Customer service helped with this through emailing. However, they were unable to solve why, when I bought a 10 attraction pass, the digital copy says one attraction.

I have used Go City in Las Vegas and recently in Oahu. Both times we saved money using Go City pass. We had an issue with an attraction and customer service fixed it with one call. I love exploring during my travels on a budget and the Gocity passes make it possible for my family of 5!

This is the worst app I have ever used. I have double triple and quadruple checked my email and order ID and have entered it 10 times and every single time I get an error saying "invalid pass type". Yes, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and triple checked everything . You, Leisure Pass Group business execs, need to fire your app developers ASAP and hire new developers who are competent and understand the basics of how to develop an Android app that is user friendly and functional.

We were in NYC in February for 5 days and with a little bit of planning in advance we fitted in 7 adventures on our pass with ease Empire State Building. Top of the Rock. Night Tour. The Downtown Experience* Intrepid Museum. Spyscape and the Colour Factory.* All brilliant ( except colour factory mainly for younger children.) * need to go into the activities own website and pre book tickets Statue of Liberty - Suggest you book independent of Explorer and pay in advance online.

Not able to sync tickets I bought. App should have capabilities for users to login and look up the purchased tickets not look up with order number and email especially when app does not recognize them. Very disappointed.
