Unsure if this app actually does anything at all. I see no noticeable improvement when using this app. My Go-tcha still loses connection as much as without using it, none of the stats update and the app doesn't close you have to restart your phone to get it to turn off. Can not recommend this to anyone. I use a Note 9.
Constantly get a notification that pops up about notifications, that are already on, but it tells me to check notifications anyway...every time I open the app, swipe between screens, anything--theres the notification again that I have to rapidly hit "I understand" to get it to go away. Also wish there was an ad free version (if there is, where?) take my money, just get rid of the banner ads.
okay so it maybe the app it maybe the pokemon go apps update, but since installing this I find my plus actually connects 9 times out of 10 first time (instead of 3 out of 10) and stays connected for more than 3 seconds. Now I should also mention my plus isn't exactly a direct from Nintendo 100% authentic purchase so I didn't expect it work perfectly but with Go Companion it works competently enough for me.
Was recommended this as a way to help if one was having trouble connecting with the Pokeball Plus. The setup wizard was useless, and the menu item for it just said "waiting to connect" no matter what. Tried a few of the dozens of fixes i found for my phone model online and nothing worked. Meh
Not very clear on how I connect my game to this app or how get my pokeball working with it. Edit: Still fails to assist in connection for pokeball+. The app doesn't connect with it when paired to my phones bluetooth and it fails to connect in pokemon go as well. I've been attempting the connection for the last 2.5 hours and it is definitely not worth the hassle.
Incredible app!!! I highly recommend installing it because of how game changing it is!!! It also allows you to add friends without typing a code. The battery status not changing is not this app's fault, it's a problem with the gotcha itself.
Great app that will automatically make your goplus run slightly faster with the boost enabled. I used to have tasker setup to prioritize Bluetooth but it was a pain. This app does a lot more but I love this feature!
Wonderfull app, really works like a charm and speeds the whole thing up. Sadly in like this or the previous update the battery drain got very very high. With normale usage (and this app on) i could previously go a whole Day but now it is about 3 hours with the screen inactive
The app seems to be working in my favor and I enjoy it. However, and this is a HUGE problem as for reasons I will explain, there is NO obvious way to COMPLETELY close out of the app when I'm done playing.I don't know if the dev wants everyone to "just run it anyways, always".While using this, I have noticed battery drain on both my Go+ and my phone just DRAIN! Amount of RAM this app takes up ON TOP OF IV calculators and PoGo itself is sometimes not worth it.Consider your battery&RAM before using.
Feature suggestion, please allow us to set different sound notifications for different notifications like when a pokemon is caught, and when a pokestop is spun. This is so we know what the notification is about without necessarily looking at the pokeball plus or phone
the app is good and does what it say. i wish there is another feature to log the hourly and daily statistics of catches and uncatched with the data of harvesting in pokestops. this is useful on analyzing how effective our gotcha or go plus device is. more over, this is good in studying the daily logs on how much you farm per day and monthly. a good analysis can br derived on how much exp is gained by those counts which would help us estimate how long would it take for us to level up on pokemon go
Boost mode is very nice. Excellent trick to get it to go faster from what I read. 5 stars since it is an incredible tool to get pb+ and go+ to connect super fast and has statistics. Thanks Sebastian!
Love the notification option. Only thing that needs to be fixed is the fact it doesn't open the Samsung version of Pokemon Go. Which runs better on my S8+ then the google play version.
Does exactly what is suposed to. Now I'm able to connect my S7 Edge so easily. Thank you!! it also gives you the battery of your poke ball (even if its not 100% correct, it's better then what we have now, which is nothing.) well done!!
Really love this app. I genuinely hope that the boost feature can become a non issue feature in the future. I used it for a few weeks no pro and now it causes my gotchas to not work at all.
Catchmon no longer works after PoGo update. Not sure if this is affecting official catching devices too, but loved this when it worked. Not sure if it will every be fixed. Really disappointed right now. :/
FLW videos brought me here, I have connected my Go-tcha through the app but now it doesn't auto catch? It still auto spins stops but if I want to catch anything I have to press the button on the Go-tcha, I have the auto catch enabled on the go-tcha, am I the only one to have this problem? (I will change rating if I get a reply and I am able to continue using it the way I intended)
Cant use it, all notifications are turned on within tge game, go plus settings, and phone yet it cant activate and i get stuck on the screen telling me i need to enable notifications, it says click show me, yet there is no show me button.
Doesnt work on my phone ( xiaomi mi 8 ) , stats always 0, always 100% battery icon, etc. All Same problems like the other comments listed Edit: yes the notifications are enabled, still doesnt work. Edit: still doesnt work 24/10/19
FLW brought me here. After a week, i can say this is the best app for Go Plus. It is a must! This app has many feature, i love the statistic feature. it feels so good knowing how many Pokémon and pokestops u spin. Love this app and i recommend it. You should try!
Solves Pokeball Plus connection issues. If you have a Pokemon GO Plus or Pokeball Plus and get the "Failed to connect to device" error, get this app and step through the initial setup. With the Go Companion service running, it detects the Bluetooth connection attempt and does something, I don't know what, that helps the game see that the device has paired. Without this app I got 3 successful connections out of hundreds of attempts. With this app I connect on the 1st or 2nd attempt easily.
