No control whatsoever all we do is watch it drive . Pointless app . All it does for u is send you to the Real game which doesnt even require a vr headset which is the point of is tryin to use this game!

"Ride along" game works well with my Samsung Galaxy S7, in the View-Master Google Cardboard. It's just the right amount of interaction for my 2-year old son, who loves cars and VR.
