Password says it is wrong all the time. I never recieve the email giving me instructions to reset password as it tells you it will. Seems anything to do with Help at Home apps never work including phone service.
This is not working...it's asking for url address..some people still have a android, and it definitely doesn't work...what happen to the relias app...never had a problem with that one.
I cannot login I used three different operating systems Windows than Android and Apple I use three different browsers in each operating system would not accept my password try to reset password to send link to my email it did not send a link to my email to reset password this is absolutely the worst app that I have ever installed. I do not think I have ever given a app a one-star review before if it would allow me to remove all the stars and give it a zero star review I would
Downloaded for android and it worked decent enough. Now It says I'm forever offline. Hopefully this can be fixed I just updated it today with the same issue.
After downloading this app, am yet to open it as its Still telling me to download it again from app store ,something should be made urgently to correct the fault being experienced on this app.
App freezes all the time. Have un installed and re installed but it still doesn't work
Some courses work and others are a complete waste of time.
It is not user friendly and it keeps stopping. Almost impossible to get my videos reviewed sometimesm
Does NOT save progress! I spent over an hour doing a study session provided by a college and all I did was go to a previous page and all my work was forgotten. I had over 75% completed and it just forget it all. On my computer it saves my progress, this app does not. When I completed a separate class, I could not save or exit the screen and lost all my hard work from that aswell. Please fix this, it's absurd.
No admin functionality but the app works well for what it is. Our users can get in and out quickly. I will also say, it requires a bit of a learning curve to get everything programmed properly. I see lots of reviews about blank pages - that's on the admin side but it's tricky. The mobile app and the desktop/pc/web versions function a bit differently and you have to get your head around that. Lot's of trial and error. Some pages just don't work on mobile. I recently found out you can't display a basic html table with no attributes on mobile. It just didn't work. If we could get admin functions and a truly responsive experience - so that all pages work on desktop/tablet/mobile - this would be five stars. It's really 3.5 but rounding up because the core functions work properly and the end user experience can be simplified so that they go right where you want them to. A pretty good first effort. Time for v2.
The app itself is probably fine, but some of my company's learning modules fail to complete or are displayed improperly in the app. Most of them work fine with major Android web browsers, and virtually all of them work as intended with desktop Chrome, Firefox, etc. It is difficult to recommend this app if a company laptop/workstation is an option, but it is usable when necessary.
Very frustrating. The screen goes white with an arrow at the top left screen which does nothing. Tried restarting my phone, but the solution is always the same. Uninstall the app, lose all your data, and then reinstall and have to download again if your lesson is still available. This is the 4th time I have had to do this. Wish it would just sign me out so I could sign back in, but the screen just freezes and remains that way.
Not good for androids. It was perfect for first use. Then after that, it has many bug issues from screen not loading, profiles not opening, videos don't play, randomly shuts down. But apparently people who has it on apple says there's nothing wrong with theirs. Not cool & our company is losing money from inactivity since switching to this app & waiting for go.learn to fix the bugs.
The app is completely unusable on aGoogle Pixel 4a for Chipotle Mexican Grill. The app immediately crashes when trying to sign in.
It will not accept the password normally associated with the account I am trying to access. I asked for a reset password link but that did not work as well So it locked me out. Complete waste of time
I cant get into the app every time I must delect and re install it goes blank
It's slow and unresponsive, but by far the most frustrating thing about this app is it does not record your progress. If you leave during the middle of a course, expect to start over from the beginning. If you are actually able to complete a course, expect to start over from the beginning. Want an actual website to log into in order to complete your courses? Apparently it doesn't exist. Looking for assistance with this bug infested app? Apparently that doesn't exist either. Terrible experience.
It worked fine at first and then it updated and quit working makes my job a whole lot harder
I could not get into the app to take the class. Too difficult to navigate.
Very effective and great for Internet Society learning. I use the offline version version and the sync is awesome 👌
Offline learn after downloading the course is worst, please do some work on this. And also some time it shows screen resolution problem.
I cant access the login page im just receiving a white screen. This is very frustrating considering that this is the only "learning app" my work uses. My job is now being threatened because I can't even attempt to log in.
Good... But Users have to first activate there account on the Computer(Laptop) before it open on the phone.thats why most people complain it went Blank... Something need to be done to that please! Great App!

Application does work as intended, but constant issues when completing e-learnings & training modules. Not registering completed/passed/finished for completion credit for (est. 30% of) lessons/ trainings. Learned a work around, by accessing e-learning(s) on their website rather than Application. Only downfall and glitch I've come across in the year + been using.
Not a good app zero stars! It doesn't allow you to login at all! To use i-car on your phone or tablet: go to those 3 dots in the corner that brings up your bookmarks and other options etc when in Google. Check box next to desktop site. Then the mobile app page pops up. Go into your history tab after it pops up and click on the page I-car LMS training. The same page pops up again but, go to 3 dots check box again and reload page. You should see your modules now. FYI I had to do this for Android.
Hopelessly endless login loops. I really hope my company is not actually paying for this service.
I tried several times, but the app doesn't open the learning platform with CORRECT login details and worse still, it doesn't let it open on the browser...login automatically redirects to the app on my tab. I am so frustrated as I'm unable to continue my course during my trip. It wasted my precious time.
