Not One Function Works At All
Apparently, city must have abandoned the App. Submitted issues are no longer being responded to and thenclosed out after a month, never being resolved. Freaking USELESS! Don't waste the space on you phone.
App it garbage. You submit an issue and 1 month later no ones done anything.
It's important to me to know what's going on in the city that I live in. And the Laws that I have to abide by.
Every city needs an app like this.
I love that we finally have a mayor who wants the, whole city clean, not just picking and choosing places....
App will open but it won't allow me to click anything to open it.
I've used it before and it worked great but now it's crashing every time I hit "new issue"

The app has NOT worked since the last time I use it and that was over two months Ago. It keeps saying (Unfortunately, the Go Long Beach has stopped.) As I try to report a new issue. What's the DEAL!! Can it be FIXED!???

Use it on graffiti in the morning and gone by evening. So great and fast.
If graffiti is a code violation issue rather than standard graffiti removal it can take a loooong time to contact the owner and get them to cover the graffiti. There is no explanation of this differentiation in the app. They simply close your report with no explanation. I only learned this after attending a community meeting with the West division police captain and someone from Lowenthal's office.
Love it!!! Used it several times for graffiti removal, illegally dumped items & loose dog in alley. All have had fast response (except dumped items, that goes for the next trash cycle). Loose dog, I received a call within minutes of posting & truck was dispatched right away! Thank you Go Long Beach!
Reported crappy road repair work that left the street in terrible condition. This was a month ago and it's still torn up and no response on the app
Responded to my issue super fast.
Reported two graffiti walls by my house. App says the issue has been resolved but no graffiti has been removed
Responses on submitted issues only take a few days. You can't get that kind of attention by calling the phone numbers
Good app to submit issues to the city. Highly recommended.
Every city should have an app like this its fantastic you can report all kinds of issues. Highly recommend it if you live in Long Beach California
I've used this for graffiti a few times and in each instance the graffiti was gone within days. Sometimes it takes awhile for you to get notification that the issue was "resolved" though so Im never 100% sure if me alerting the city to it was the real reason for removal. Regardless, the graffiti always disappears, so I'm happy.
Really good App, I have reported many issues and they get resolved by me following up if I need to with MS. Price's office. I have 4 issues and all were taken care of in a timely manner. Also the APP is very user friendly.
