Can't view/download documents. I got an email saying my renewal documents are available, but when I log into the Mapfre website, the screen just keeps processing when I click to download them. So I downloaded the App. When Iog in and try to download, I get an pop-up saying invalid email format??!! What the hell does my email, which is nowhere listed in the acct besides when I successfully logged in, has to do with downloading my documents. Now I'm forced to have to go on my actual computer!
This is the 3rd time I've installed the app. It doesnt allow me to log in. I created everything I needed online. It even has the information automatically saved, but it still doesnt allow me to log in with the app. It says I need to activate my account but I had already accepted the activation email. Still doesnt work.
No way to contact customer service unless you go on the computer website. Before the update my bank info would be saved, now I have to enter it each time. They need to add a way to contact customer service through the app.
Love the app it's convenient, it makes it so easy to check your policy and also to make your payments especially if you don't want to go out in the winter to the agency to pay it. Especially with this covid-19 going on, all I have to do is sign in and pay it
Everytime I go on this Mobil app I spend an hour trying to get in and pay my bill. I get so frustrated I have to leave and comeback, leave and comeback. This time I didn't get into the sight and didnt get get my bill paid. Also I have, $500. deductible. Every time I go to their body shop and get an estimate they send me a check for a $800 less than the estimate. i hate this insurance company. Their it is 1 hour. The app is outdated, need fingerprint or facial login. Each time I tried to pull my insurance card info in the app, it would prompt me to re-enter my user name and password again.
App is great, allowing access to billing and claims information for any open/pending claims. Pretty straight forward. Interface is simple and to the point. Currently utilizing this app on my Note 20 Ultra and Tab S6.
I moved to another state and have no way to switch states in the app. I can do it via web browser. Pretty much makes this app useless for me.
Not sure what everyone is complaining about. This app works fine. 👍 Easier than going on the website. Samsung Galaxy S9
Dislike that you are no longer able to view the balance due until day the payment is due. And you cannot make more than one payment a month.
The app refuses to let me log in. I am now late with my bill. I have updated the app and I do not have access to my account.
Haven't had any issues. Pay my bill every month no problem. And think it works great for me.
Its a great app, but recently it's been giving a "operarion failed" message at log in.
Cannot log into the app. Getting an operation failed message.
I never had any issues and if I need ask a question I just call an agent.. but this insurance are great for me .. Agents very polite and not problems at all with abb.
Easiest way to pay your bill without having to send a check
From the people that brought you the worst, least navigable website, comes the most useless app.
Can't make a payment. And files open as they please.

My state is not an option on drop down menu therefore unable to access account on app.
Payment history is not seen in their app
When I try to log in it just sits there with a black screen

Created a account from my note 4 go to log in ,saying cannot log in no account when I received a welcome email.
User from AZ. This is very simple to use if you need information on your policy. There are options to make payment, which I haven't needed to use yet so I'm reserving judgment. It's easy to navigate, has information if you need to call for assistance, and you can report claims from it as well. My policy documents are available, policy/claims history, everything. Only thing missing is options for payment reminders via email/text. I'm sure that's on the way.
