Used to work awesome until recently. I stay on top of my bank account and I haven't been able to get on the app to check it.

Good bank!!! User friendly app but from my experience the claims department wasn't that great when I needed it for a good bit of money that I was double charged for. Very nice and friendly customer service working in the branches in Dalton and Cleveland areas i never got to go to the Chattanooga ones but I'm sure they are to. I was pleased with them other then that one claim and they may have changed the way they do claims sense then. I would recommend them to anyone in those areas!!!
Won't update anymore. Says I have the same amount of money for the past month. No longer shows a list of transactions either. Worthless misleading app.
Its fine when I can log into it, but there are too many times that I cant log in. It tells me Im not connected to the internet when, in fact, I can get on the internet and log into other apps. Im very VERY frustrated at this point!

Ever since my bank switched to this my account has been messed up I know longer have the no overdraft protection where it declines it if you don't have the funds instead it keeps over drafting it on top of that the app is always down and I can't check my account I'll be switching banks next pay check for sure
It has always login problems, design is outdated and the way its build is horrible.
You can't see a more detailed description of your transactions.
Won't work even though I know my info is all correct. It's another flaw in corporate transition and not worth the trouble of using even if it were possible to do so!
Love that mobile banking is available. App works flawlessly.
every single time i open the app and log in it completly crashes my phone. to the point where i have to do a manual restart. please update this app with better programming.
