How to use:To register directly from Go Mobile application, make sure you are using the same mobile phone number registered when you open the account; or you can also register Go Mobile at any CIMB Niaga ATM (please ensure that you are registering your own mobile number).

Go Mobile application will require you to disclose/enable some personal information, such as:1. Location (for ATM/Branch Locator)2. mBanking PIN (only for financial transaction)3. Previously, I gave 5 stars for the app because it was very handy and practical. Everything went well, up until recently. It took forever for me to log in and load the home page. My data is on full speed, cache cleared, but it keeps loading for almost 5 minutes straight! I tried to reload and I had to wait forver every time! I almost lost an important transaction due to this issue. Please fix it asap. Otherwise, I'll have to uninstall.

Changed device and can't login to this app after several times install&uninstall. Cache cleared. Memory more than enough. Internet connection is okay. I don't know what is wrong with this. By far disappointing. I can't wait to change bank account to stop using this app.

I think this is my 2nd review of the app. STILL SLOW AS BEFORE THE UPDATE! i cant recover my user ID, i cant access my fingerprint log in and it loads like a VERY long time and it says " your request cannot be processed. Please try again." SO SO Frustrating! the newest update says version 2.8.3, but its still as slow as the 2.8.1 version. If you want a good review, please fix your UX and the whole app if you have. Because as a customer/consumer we want a practical and FUNCTIONING app. Thanks!

This app is ridiculous rather than usefull. i want to move this app from old device to new device, but cannot because my debit card is blocked, i must create new debit card then register to this app. i think your method is obsolete because many bank now use apps to maintain card even bank account number! you doing it reverse and left behind from others. also sms charged me like crazy when request passcode and transaction notification and must disabled first, not happened on permata bank.

Very fast, responsive. But awkward to use because looks like the apps not been design as touch/gesture based app. Maybe a nice upgrade will be good idea.

The app is mostly useful and works well. I love how they try to keep the privacy by only filling two random order of your pin number. However, it often takes a long time to load. Also, they cut 17.500 rupiah per month for the fall below fee (under 2 mill balance), which is kinda hurt hahaha. The minimum saldo for tabunganku is 20k and for savers payers roll is 50k, which I can't really understand the significance of these different type of savings. They offer some promo I rarely use anw. hehehe

Thanks. Text and buttons are missing. Tried to log in w different device but failed saying that need to try again in next few days. Cost is damaged to get a passcode every time im trying to log in w my ipad. Very nice

Successfully registered and account (even got a confirmation/welcome email) but once I tried to log in, no OTP sent at all. Tried dozens of times with the same result: No OTP at all. Yep.

Super disappointed with the delay of OTP. I couldn't withdrawn money from rekening ponsel just because the OTP arrived 15 minutes after I left ATM!!! Not happy as well with inflexible data checking, as I told customer service that I use different number because my registered number was not reachable. She kept mentioning I need to that darn OTP, which the OTP finally arrived in my inbox after 30 minutes the call end. What a waste of money and time!!

Too complicated to register and validate, I never received validate sms EVEN AFTER ONE MONTH, I come to customer service at the BANK but she also have no clue! Even the BANK staff don't have any idea solving problem with their product? just wasting away my 1 hour time, and the same story when I customer care (14041) for this app. this app is awful.

This apps works fine for months when suddenly a week ago the interface went defect, some of the texts and buttons were invisible/missing. I cannot do any transaction due to those missing buttons. I've tried clearing the cache, restarting my phone, also uninstall and reinstalling the apps. Also made sure that it was the latest version, 2.8.1. Still doesn't work. Really disappointed.

if the app failed to load due to network error, it cannot be load again even after network issue has been resolved, not after doing force close the app through android app management. please fix it. I'm using android 11 with latest octo mobile app.
