I don't wanna be lecturing anyone, but streaming apps are as much about the UX as they are about the content. Although OSN's app has been greatly improved (nothing impressive knowing how horrible it was) it still has room to go, to do its impressive catalog justice. Chromecast integration is still awful : The "continue watching" status isn't updated/tracked for content watched through chromecast, and no "watch next episode" prompt or autoplay option on CC. This needs to be fixed.

1 week trial and I haven't even been able to play a single video not ONE, all come up with the data base error. Content seems great from the outside but it won't play then it's just wallpaper. I've already restarted my android phone and reinstalled the app but still the same. Update - terrible app , have been trying to reset the password literally for 3 months and still not working. I have been paying subscription for nothing and i can't even cancel because I can't login.

App doesn't work many times, today i can't even login. Streaming quality is very bad in terms of picture quality compared to Netflix and others, Slow rendering , etc ... i wonder why i will keep this , maybe switch back to Netflix. Even support ... don't get started , i have been on a call on hold for more than 17 minutes now !! what a bad service. I will not continue subscription for sure.

Update: Customer support are recommending reinstalling the app, as if it's going to fix the back end problems, one star. -- The content is fine, but the app itself, the latency, the servers, the buffering, these are the HUGE problem for OSN, everything takes hell load of time to start even on a super fast internet.

Good:-best movies, tv show's and streaming is best(before last update). Bad:- Since the last update still app is showing black screen, as per OSN team clear memory/clear cache, uninstall and again reinstall app all that process but it's showing same error, before last update it's working fine, 17 march to till date they're unable to rectify app few day's ago as per them we know about black screen error but still they're unable to resolve that issue.

FIX YOUR APP!!! It is frustrating. You have to sign in everyday cause this app can't keep you signed in for some reason. Also, it is slow, sometimes doesn't even open until multiple tries. No quality option and download option in 2022!!!!!

My app doesn't open or work. I've uninstalled the app and restarted both my WiFi router and phone. Then re installed the app. It still doesn't work. Giving up at this point in frustration. I have emailed and no one has replied to me since!

I downloaded the app, however im faced with a black screen when opening it. Searched online for ways to resolve the issue. I tired hard reboot, power off/on, deleted app data and cache, uninstall/install but the problem persists. Any other solutions ? I have a samsung galaxy A32 Android version 11, 6 GB Ram, 128 GB storage. Help please.

App streaming quality is HORRIBLE, the app doesn't work well at all and many times cuts off during streaming time and since yesterday I cant even open it. I want to cancel this and get my money back since the overall quality and function of it is the worst I've ever seen in any app. Ridiculous!

I can't renew my subscription. Always gives me error. As well as it's signing out all the time . After lots of tries i been charged 35 dirhams , but everytime i try to sign in its asked me to repurchase again. Just wonder where my money goes.... Instead of replying people with "we are sorry for inconvenience" , just fix it the app... disappointed ๐Ÿ˜ž

Disney content was taken off, and now there no shows or movies, something is wrong with osn and i can't find out what, as a reply to the devs, for some reason i can't access any of the "2000+" series, the app is literally empty, the best case is the app is bugged, otherwise i don't know whats going on

The app needs alot of optimization, streaming needs a better video compression codec so it uses less data (learn from netflix) , needs to allow picture in picture mode so it can be used while using another app like Netflix or YouTube, generally it has great content but this app needs alot of updates

Don't bother installing this app. It's useless, doesn't work on GOOGLE NEXUS (the best Android tv box) which all the other apps works just fine on it. The Chromecast function does not work either. The app is very bad..

Its a very bad application ๐Ÿ˜• you only login by luck when the app decides that. I mean whats the point of paying whiout any access? Its the definition of theft. Get your app fixed and sort your stuff together as this issue isn't new and its getting overly annoying compared to one of the worst apps Netflix you are even worse !

No new movies update. After update for new version the app stop on my mobile phone. Now my remaining days subscription for this osn is wast. 13days subscription I lost now. When new subscription I could not have 7 days free trial also. For me this Osn app gives very bad experience. This is the reason I cancel my subscription after onw week.

Doesn't store where you left off in a show or even a series; continually loses your info and asks you to log in again; loses your 'favourites' list, search doesn't work well, etc. Wish they would aim to be more like amazon prime, or at least Netflix

The app is very bad ....It just shows the OSN logo and than nothing happens. I tried the steps suggested by OSN to other subscribers facing the same issue like removing the app, restarting my wifi router,reinstalling this app etc...But still nothing happens and just the logo !!! So bad and to think we are paying money for what??? Just to see the OSN logo ?!?!??!?!!! Very very very bad !!!!

A total scam. My account suddenly don't exist in their app. If you're gonna tell me to just reinstall, no it will not work for I used it on tv mobile and pc and gets the same result. Just unsubcribe and subscribe to other stream applications. They dont care about their customers. Pure bs.

The worst app in existence, it does not respond and continues to log you out, you cannot watch one program without disturbing you. I advise not to subscribe in the first place. the advice of uninstall the app and restart your device and router (from Hagar) is not working even if you restart your life.

If it's possible to give zero star I would, they gave 7days trial but there was no movie they were advertising so I cancelled but they kept on taking money from my card for more 2months and they are not ready to refund, this seems like a scam and that's why they want your card before trying their app. You go on this app at your own risk. Update: tried to subscribe through the app directly (not through play store) and now Im subscribed. Can't subscribe!! I I tried confirm and buy after entering my card details but it says there's an error because I'm already subscribed!? And I can't view anything because it says I'm not subscribed. This is confusing and I haven't even started using the app....kindly help to change to higher rating.

Update: responding to the creator comment I am welling to share in length what do I mean by lacking UX (user experience), but judging you by your question I can guess that you have a problem not doing this step! As a user, I need someone to contact me in length to share details that can help UX expert, that needs pics and explanation or even a screen capture video.
