Was able to download app and sync but painfully slow to purchase anything. I thought the app wasn't working but if you wait 4-5 minutes after clicking on anything it will finally go there. I finally went to the website on my PC and realized it was just as slow but at least gave an indicator that it was trying.
Very useful tool to have in your pocket! Hunting Atlas doesn't load very well, but it will at least pull up a map. Looking forward to an update that fixes this...
The app seems like it would work great, except for the fact that I cannot update my account information accurately. I grew up in Iowa and moved away, so I have an account in the system tied to my SSN. However, my account is also linked to my Iowa license from 2009, and the app won't allow me to update my driver's license number or state. Therefore, I'm unable to legally purchase an out-of-state fishing license through the app or the website.
Great App!!! Thank you for the extra convince out in the field. My only suggestion would be to have the ability to read the Iowa Outdoors magazine for those subscribed to it.
Fishing Regulations don't show up when I select it. That would be nice to access. Other then that, no issues
Worked for me but not my wife. Takes info from DMV (I assume) but them doesn't accept that same info (middle name) and errors out with "numbers not allowed in middle name field" even though there are no digits. Fields filled in from DMV info are not editable either so couldn't progress further.
App doesn't work. I have a license already so just entered info requested under "My Licenses" but it didn't think I existed. Why not ask for DNR # instead of Drivers license or other forms of id. It's printed on my lifetime fishing license!
Love having the DNR APP on my phone, it gives you so much info that i can't even keep up with it. It really helps knowing where the campgrounds are and which ones are operated by Corps of Engineers and others. Love it
cool app. would be nice if you could scan your license from last year so you wouldn't need to fill out as much info
It doesnt let me type anything in the text windows. When i trying selecting a text box, nothing happens. I cant do anything unless I type my email in.
I couldn't put any of my info In to find my fishing license. No way to login to an account. Basically useless. Not worth trying to figure out.

I have had the app for a few years. No real problem. The atlas can be a pain sometimes, but that is about it.
Buy your fishing license at store and it gets automatically in the app as a digtal version. Thats great!

Great app. Wish the atlas would link to Google maps though.

Hopeful but keyboard doesn't pop up to enter info for purchasing anything , it's the DNR website in general tried outside the app as well
