The app when I first got it worked great. This year I have not been able to get a "hard copy" to sync to the app. I had to log on to the Oklahoma Hunting website and have it sent to my email. This app still doesn't recognize that I have the hard copy and does a continuous loop for syncing and won't actually sync.
The app continually glitches. When you try to sign in, it won't do anything past your "info" page. Click "certify information" and it does nothing. Tried multiple times. The map is inaccurate and does not have the option of showing Corp lands. It only shows WMA boundaries and not much of it. Please fix.
APP has great potential but many downfalls. Applying for special permit hunts is a nightmare to complete, especially for party hunts. Finding some purchases to make is difficult. Much, Much simplification needs to be done to the navigation and completing of the above issues. Check out other G&F Apps for possible solutions. ODWC has always been fantastic in it's management of resources but a little more thought is needed for the App. Thanks guys.
Really need this app to work better. Especially when people are saying this is one of the only ways to get permits and licenses nowadays. It's a decent app, just has so many bugs and issues. Cant navigate around, have to re login every single time you click something. Just seems like it needs a software update
Started using this app for the fishing license during a family trip. Just got the hunting license. I like it however the only two reasons it didn't get a 5th star, 1 the upselling of stamps and permits after the fact I have said stamps and permits already in the basket. 2 the fact it can't remember users is both a blessing and annoying. I understand the security aspect of it but the convenience of said security measure is annoying when your trying to look something up before you buy it twice
Very good information, I would love to see OnXHunt Maps linked to it. For some reason my annual license is not showing up, only my HIP permit..not sure how to add it, but I love that our state has our own hunting/fishing app!
It's hard to print anything out off of this app for the control hunts and it's hard to apply for things cuz if you hit the back button to go to the previous page it backs you out of your whole account and have to start over from what you're doing that's why I went to my hunter safety course in person because it kept backing out and making me start all over.plus I wish they would come up with something where you can buy your permits through the Oklahoma department
As far as actually purchasing a licence, it's absolute trash . It has no less than 3 different clickable links to purchase a license yet none of them take you there, when you do stumble across it eventually while filling the application out it asks for your birthdate then gives you a dropdown calendar that you cannot type or change you must click back month by month to get to your birthdate 684 clicks for me nobody has time for that , trash trash trash
Was able to get licenses, check their accounts of sunrise and sunset since it isn't the same as the national weather service. Now it will not update at all. The update was to "fix general bugs" not make it unusable.
Foreign language? What the heck? Uninstall, install & still Foreign language. None of other apps on phone doing it so know it's this one. Wife been doing my stuff on her phone. Anyone else having this problem?
Really flakey. Card won't sync and I get errors. Better to just download the license to your phone.
THIS APP IS ON MY UPDATE LIST & HAS BEEN FOR A WHILE. IVE BEEN TRYING TO UPDATE IT SINCE THE LAST ONE QUITE A FEW TIMES & EVERY TIME IT SAYS CAN'T UPDATE APP. I HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH SPACE ON MY PHONE SO THATS NOT THE PROBLEM. I HAVE NO OTHER COMPLAINTS WITH THIS APP, I LOVE THE CONVENIENCE OF STORING MY LICENSE INFORMATION IN IT & FORGETTING ABOUT IT. PLEASE FIX, THIS APP WILL NOT LET ME IN TILL IT GETS UPDATED.
This app is easy to use. I like it especially to confirm hunting season dates and to renew my licenses.
Very inaccurate. Feeding times and the star rating for hunt days are off. Only thing good about this app is the license syncing and the mobile e check.
Great resources...PLUS I get to carry MY licenses with me, plus all of my family's licenses, all on the app! I may forget my Lifetime Hunting/Fishing card, but I always have proof as long as I have my phone! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
The app would not allow me to upload any files to apply for the Veterans Lifetime Combo, I just had to buy another annual Hunting license. Other than that, the app is ok for what it does.
Installed this app. It does show my lifetime fishing license. Tried to buy an annual hunting license. App says I'm not a resident of Oklahoma. Wanted me to register my information. Says my Drivers license # doesnt exist. It's the same OK drivers license ive had for over 40 yrs. Says my email address is invalid. Same email address for a hundred yrs. The same email address the ODWC uses to send me emails. Called the help line. Recorded message. Somebody should be fired. This is pointless.
Lots of updates and needs synced often but good start to something that can be great. Wish we still had check in stations though .
I was worried that my paper license for my life time Indian hunting and fishing didn't make it into 2020. But found out I had an account but my divers license number wouldn't work. Come to find out my drivers license # is replaced by my tribal number. BOOM! This is so convenient and easy to use once I figured out that tidbit.
Super easy super accesible, makes a hectic life so simple at the touch of your finger tips, any imformation needed is all in this app
Lately I can't get the app to display the Hunting Guide. It keeps saying "File too large to preview". Other than that I love this app, super convenient.
It is slow to load many times. But is very useful and easier to use than going to the wildlife department.
Awesome app!! I was able to replace my lifetime fishing license with the collectible card for $8.00.
Love what you can do on this app but is cumbersome at best to navigate. If that were easier, I would give more stars.

I can navigate the app really easily, and it's easy to find the things I need. It's much easier to navigate the app than it is to try and find stuff online. I don't like that the links don't seem to work through the app. For example, if I go to the Hunt section and click on Hunting Seasons, I'm redirected to a website. On that website, there is a link to download the 2021-2022 Hunting guide as a PDF, but, if I click on the link, nothing happens. Very annoying to leave the app to go online
