Wth... I have been trying to look at documents and it keeps glitching out and blips out. I have retried signing in, I have tried refreshing, and I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It keeps shutting down. I need that info for my loan document. You will need to keep working on fixing those bugs.
I am not comfortable with saving my password for a faster sign in, it would be awesome if I could sign in using my phone's fingerprint feature, like "bank of America" app for example.
I think you should change your app name to simply "PEMCO" instead of "Go PEMCO" so that it's easier to find when fumbling on your phone sweating while promising the cop you actually do have insurance. Other than that excellent app!
Don't try to register for this app if your email address is close to your name as the auto correct will kick in and mess up your email address. Then when you finally get your email address correct the app will tell you it is an invalid email address. Epic fail by the developer's of the app!
Be nice to actually use it. It seems to always be down for maintenance. I literally have been unable to access my account for the last 2 months.

I love the new updates. I like the fact that I can look at all my policies on my phone.
Good: shows home and auto policies. Includes insurance cards, premium breakdowns and VINs. Bad: crashes frequently, animations are too slow, can't show total premium cost per-vehicle.
The stupidest app I have seen. Pemcos website is even worse
Love the easy access to ID cards.
The app looks slick and is easy to use. I love that we can quickly access ID cards for each of our vehicles. Never know when we may forget to put the new one in the glove box! (disclosure: I work for PEMCO.)
I like this app as it provides me all the stuff i need on my Insurance policies on the go!
Very easy to use. Straight forward navigation. ID cards always pulled up easily over the two years. Sadly left Pemco to go with another company who's spokeswoman is Flo, and just downloaded their app. Instantly notice a difference. Pemco obviously put in a lot of time and effort in making their app easy to use and reliable. Just wish they didn't raise my premium even though I have a flawless record.
