Usually pretty good, however it's not recognizing the photos that are loaded up...keeps on saying that we need to load the photos of the drivers licenses up .. yet we have... update - user error on the application, important information for anyone checking in on the ap, make sure you photograph both front and back of the drivers licence, otherwise it doesnt work GO rentals are amazing, second time using them and checking in online helps to avoid ques and get on your way alot quicker, plus the staff at the Auckland Airport branch are super helpful and friendly :)
This app always shows me as having no bookings.........most times I have hangup in either selecting a vehicle or making payment......if you pay in full payment does not include the extra driver charge......updates should have an opt out as I didn't really have time to load an update but wished to review my account . I couldn't do that without update........I have been a customer for 4 years and despite loading many compulsory updates things have not really improved. Here's hoping......
Luckily GO Rentals are better than their app😢 Can't even get to my booking now as a mandatory update isn't happening. I've been a customer for some time and there always seems to be an issue with this app. A pain when you need to use it in real time. Later:app update downloaded. Trying to Check In using the app is not possible. App won't accept birth dates, license expiry dates etc. Is the person doing the app design the otherwise unemployed teenage child of the company owner? Feels like it.
I've only just booked a car for tomorrow, paid for, installed the app, it asked for my email, I entered it plus my password and it says, oops, you already have that email! For goodness sake and I haven't even started...Not happy, the day before I fly
Suprisingly easy to use! I can book cars, order my airport shuttles, complete the car rental contract before pick up and pay for my booking! Very nifty for a car rental app!
Hope I can get picked up at Christchurch Airport to get the car we have booked. Not impressed with the electronic check in process. Got stuck on the requirement to add a photo of my licence.
App doesn't work on my Galaxy S10 despite numerous fresh installs. The Go Rentals brand logo does its animation and then I get a system pop up saying that the app is not working.
The process to book in was quick and easy. Although the return was much different. More or less just forget about you once keys are returned. This was just over a year ago. Hopefully they have changed. But will use them again
Great company to deal with. App was fantastic to make everything seamless when we arrived. Doing the check in on the app allowed us to do contactless which in these times is very important.
Amazing service. From collection at the airport to leaving the car after my holiday, more than a coincidence that the staff are super friendly and efficient whether Christchurch or Auckland
Takes twice as long as going to the counter... others just walkes in, got served, got theur car well before us and the 3 other people in front, waste of time.
Seeing up a new profile through the app won't work as it won't accept a credit card through the browser or the website. Fix it GoRentals...
this latest version is unusable! can't see booking details or checkin. please fix urgently so I can use it!!

the application hides essential information about your order, for example, in the application the order is completely closed, in reality the bond is not returned
The apps not working for me have restarted my phone re installed ect not working

Says to update, but there's no update button, so I uninstalled then reinstalled. But still not letting me access the app until I update? What's the version and why won't it let me update?
