Not a good start. Get into the app and the " selected area" is throwing network errors. Tried on wifi and cell coverage. Confirmed I have crystal clear signal. Curious if this app is open source so I can fix their code!
The app is fine. The map is how you select the area you want ads for. Just close up the map to your area
Continually notifies me of the exact same event. It was good and then updated or something. Now I either have to then off all notifications or get notified of the same event every two hours! (Mild exaggeration but seriously, its notified me 4 times today of the same event)
Seemed simple and good but now can't log in... tried to sign up again but says the email already has an account which is correct. When i try to reset my password it says it can't send the email... tried uninstall and reinstall Can you support?
Seems to be broken in almost all ways. Unfortunately, not usable. Hope you can fix because I'd really love to use the app. Google Pixel 3A (pure Android)
App's setting page doesn't work. I wish there was more content and ability to connect with people.
App crashes anytime you try to filter the area. Dev has know about issue for weeks and still not fixed. Shame. Used to be a good app
No no no no no I would instead advise you to use Latitude 38 if you're in the Bay Area and any other sailing rag in your area. This is a complicated application and a waste of time
It crashes when trying to upload a profile picture. Using Android version on a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
would be nice if captains could rate or review their crew, and crew could rate or review their experience with a captain.
Would have given the 5th star if there was a way to share in the app when you have an exceptional experience sailing with another member!
If this is a easy app to us I'd hate to see a hard one can't contact wycfor info on crewing

You must increase the message reply line beyond a single line. Right now its nearly impossible to review and edit what you are writing to your crew! Now how can I send this to you !¿?

ASA has got to get it together. A great Idea, bad implementation. Should also include a logbook and link in those of us that are ASA members and certified. Disappointed
I've been using this app for the last month and it has been very helpful to find crew, and make new friendships.
Disappointing beginning. No response to email requesting help. Can't add photo. Can't filter events.
Not ready for release. Expect a better app from ASA.....
Great app for sailors. I was fretting over the logistics of moving my new boat from Shelter Island to Chula Vista in San Diego Bay, when I learned about this app. I posted a request for help and received a reply from a really great guy who helped me move the boat south. I now have a sailing buddy and look forward to adding many more via this app.
it does work as advertised. However, I live in Maryland. How is California part of my sailing area? Perhaps if the focus were narrowed, even to Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and smaller geographic areas you would get more engagement. Perhaps offer a customizable setting. If I were vacationing in Florida. I might be interested in sails in that region.
