App would not open
Won't let me select an airline. Just gives a blank screen. When I type in the airline to search, still gives a blank screen. Of course I have a discount code that only works with the app, so that's probably why the app won't work. 9/21/17 In reply to your response, I would like to choose Southwest, but it doesn't list ANY airlines.....it's just a blank white screen. I tried the search option, typed in Southwest, and still a blank white screen.
It doesn't work. After registering your username and password and clicking "add payment", it brings you to a login menu where it says it can't find your profile.
This shuttle service is the worst transporter i ever seen .. I had very bad experience in florida ..we have to stand for more than one and have hour with our luggagge waiting for the bus to come .. Then they postponed us to the next bus with out any excuse or feeling sorry. They were very bad and irresponsible .
Taking this company to Fair Trading in NSW Australia after NOT showing up or cancellation of our airport drop off. They even deducted $208 in advance and now are not returning my emails! Avoid Avoid Avoid ....
I was hoping this would make my reservation easier...mistake! It took me several tries and finally was unable to book my reservation. The credit card part never worked! Must improve this service!!
Can't get past the Customer Info screen, when registering. Keeps bringing the cursor to the name field.
This app is awful!! Took 3 times to enter res, then put pick-up date the day after flight! On the bright side, customer service rep was very good. Will delete app.
Crashes when trying to add payment when creating account. Also had same issue as others with blank screen when trying to select airport.
Tried to create account using Samsung Galaxy S8+ and it fails every time.
Didn't work. If the developers read this please fix.
Go beta then do official release guys. But an app is necessary for your service.
App doesn't work. Couldn't even select an airport to start a reservation. Gave it two days and rebooted my phone and that didn't fix it. Deleting now.
Not a good app. After installing and trying to book, there was no way for $10.00 discount and kept me in a loop without booking the service. Not happy with this app and saw at bottom that it is to be flagged as inappporprite.
Online no problem. Can't access or create account threw app. Nothing works. Not sure but I'm using a samsung galaxy s7.
Doesn't work. They sent me coupon, that's why I decided to give the app a try. But the app doesn't work - with coupon or not. Just gives me a message - "we can't calculate the price".
Opened the app and couldn't even select where I wanted to go...staying with Uber..their app always works
