Update: The app still doesn't work. If it doesn't get fixed soon I will close my accounts. Going to the 1 branch in the area 30 mins away is an inconvenience. I do all of my banking through the app. The app was great until they added the enhanced code security feature. I haven't been able to open the app for at least two days now. I uninstalled and reinstalled thinking it was my phone but it's the app.

I have put off leaving a review for a long time but I really have to say this app is AWFUL. Most times I log in it won't even open with some kind of error. Basically everything requires you to have a code emailed to you which can get very old and annoying when you are trying to do the simplest things. The loading takes twice as long as any other financial app I have or have had if it even loads at all. When you really need it to work, expect it not to. I'll probably switch to another bank

This is terrible. App has been so slow and sometimes never loads for about a month already. It doesn't help seeing that this has been an issue according to prior reviews in the same timeframe. Come on, a month and still no update? Last update was in July 2019, and that doesn't look so promising to see an update for February 2021. Get it together Credit Human.

I don't know what you've done but bring the old app back! You have to get a code. When I get it and try to type it in, the selection for how to get the code pops up again. Then it spins, spins, spins spins.. It takes forever to open. It offered me QUICK VIEW. Then it shaded out so I couldn't press "enable" I uninstalled it and put it back. I've been messing with this app for 3 days. Finally on the 4th day I got in.

This app hasn't always been the best as it is slow and at times unavailable. Lately it has been the worst! Having to get a security code every single time I log in is simply ridiculous. 9 times out of 10, I can't even get to that point as it continues to tell me i have the wrong password. Only bank/credit union app that has so many issues. I'll soon be closing my account due to the inconvenience.

This app really need to get fixed... most of the times it doesn't work or it's extremely slow. Sometimes is just loading but nothing happens. It's frustrating because I really want access to my account quick but is just not possible. Bring card control back please!!!!!

Been having issues with the app loading all weekend and when I was finally able to view the quick view today, great. But, since I needed to transfer funds, I can't login since it doesn't recognize my finger and even though I changed the password, it doesn't recognize it. It doesn't matter if you're using the app or going on your laptop, you can't login. So.... What do we do as customers besides going out of our way to an ATM, for those that are lucky to have one? *Desktop is giving me issues now

The app no longer works. At all. Here's what's broken: quick-view no longer works. It gives me the option to enable it but it just doesn't work; 2-way authorization makes the app become unresponsive (I think this is the main culprit) or take an incredibly long time to get a response; finger print doesn't work either. The whole app reminds of windows 95--overall, just a turd in disguise.

The app keeps giving me invalid credentials every time I log in. I even tried to reset password although I was using the correct one and it even rejected the temporary password that I received in my email. I just logged in with my laptop with my normal log in, but this app has been a problem since the update.

Never works anymore! I've been patient and have been reading reviews for over 2 months and it's just getting worse with the constant replies of "experiencing higher volume" there should be improvements, not more issues with that amount of time.. It is very inconvenient to have to log in online constantly. Then, online, it tells us to download the app.... I would give 0 stars if possible. It seriously makes me just want to leave this bank and go to a bank that has their stuff together.

Hate that on multiple occasions so often it ask for a security code and it takes forever to send one and by the time it does the session has expired and have to wait for another one. When its working it works fine but when it deletes all your info then to put in the code its when it gets frustrating.

This is ridiculous. I had so many retailers telling me that my card did not want to work in the weekend. Not myself or my gf could use the app. Thank God I had back up cards. I uninstalled the app hoping that would fix the issue. No! WORSE. Now I cant even download the app. Not longer loading times...its not even connecting.

USE TO WORK GREAT.....Now this app no longer works. Can't even log in anymore wether connected to Wi-Fi or not. It keeps telling me" no network connection". I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling the app but still cant log in. Also no more card notification use either. Why fix something that wasn't broken to begin with. CAN WE PLEASE GET THIS RESOLVED ASAP.

It's been 4 days and this app is not working for me. I called the bank and they put me on hold forever so I had to hang up. This is ridiculous! It was working fine for me before they removed the adjoining app. But 4 days and I am unable to get my app to give me a quick view like before. I'm thinking about removing this app. I have to actually log in go my account now to check my deposits, transactions and balances.

UPDATE: Downloaded the newer app version and still can't send money via PayPal. Keeps saying Payment error. This app is NOT working. It has network errors, it keeps asking for double and triple authentication, and it is not letting me so anything! Fix it! I need this to work. I have zero issues with other institutions, what is the issue?!?!?!

App finally works well again. I had problems with this app constantly shutting down whenever I went to bill pay and sometimes it was horribly slow. Things seem to working well like it used to. Maybe the latest update finally addressed all the problems I was having.

When I go thru the process of getting the verification code & enter it to log in, as soon as I choose a task, THE APP CLOSES! Have gone thru this several times just to have it close again. I'm trying to pay my mom's bills & it's no use, this app is useless! This happens on my phone & tablet, so now what when ya live out of town??!

I love this app. I only have problems with it loading when they are working on it. It is so easy to see my balance and see what transactions have accured. It also makes it easy to transfer money from checking to savings and vise versa. I can also control how much money can be withdrawn from an ATM. Very useful app.

This app is the worst banking app I ever used. I have my car loan through credit human but bank with a different bank. Every month it's a nightmare trying to make my payment. I've already set up a link to my bank to transfer funds, I go to pay today and that link is gone. Setting up the link takes 3-5 days so now I have to go to a branch yo make the payment.

SEVERE problems. Log on constantly needing to be changed. Would make a new log on it would work that day, the next week or month using same to access it was locked out again. Got tired and gave up using it after a while as support staff weren't always nice.

Recently the app will no longer connect to carrier networks and only works solidly when on Wi-Fi. Sometimes it may work if there is an exceptional signal, but the app will say "No Network Found" when other data apps are downloading and running just fine.

I used to love this app, but I'm getting a bit annoyed on how randomly when I just open my phone I get a error message saying Credit Human app closed. I didn't even have it open nor it's running in the background. I always close my apps & I still get this error. It's been like this for about two weeks. I even uninstalled the app & reinstalled it & still.

app used to work great, but now it takes about 3 tries to load it. Then when paying bills it closes after you pay each bill and then you have to go through the whole sequence again. Very frustrating.

I had download this app a good while back. It was working fine but lately it wont open up would have given it a 5 but im giving it a 1. Just hope they can fix it. It comes in handy. Very disappointed . tried the new app but cannot open it at all.

Horrible app! Won't let you log in then locks you out. Always has some error. Randomly signs you out and then gives error when you try to sign back in. For something that is supposed to be helpful it's more frustrating than it's worth.
