It's frustrating that you have to update the app all the time. After years of the developers saying they are working on it, they still haven't come up with an app that works well. Maybe it's time for some new developers. It's also frustrating that the app is not compatible with Ipads and Ipad minis. Two very popular devices. Now cue the developer's canned response. We are working on it. 6 month update. Still the same garbage. 02/29/22: still garbage. Trouble logging in. Why don't you fix it?
This app is constantly using up too much CPU. Around 20%. Drains way too much battery way too fast. My phone catches it most of the time and asks if I want to force close it. So I do. But sometimes it does t catch it and the next thing I know my phone is near dead... also it's a little frustrating when sliding through the ways to earn points and they are not labeled. You have to click on it then back out if it's not what you want..
Still not counting steps. This is frustrating Update 2-2-22 It was working great there for a while after an update. Then they did another update and not it only counts my steps once and a blue moon. It has not given me so many points and had me in last place on my challenges with 0 steps because it will not count them. Please fix this! So annoying. The updates have messed the system up. Says new device each time and I have to re log in with an email every time. An it doesn't count all my steps.
I reinstalled the Go365 app 3 times in 7 days because it's the only way to keep it in sync with the Samsung Health app. Humana will tell you to reach out to the go365 support team at the main website, who will only tell you to reinstall the app. There are no apparent attempts to fix the problem. No one promises that their IT teams are working to fix the issue. You only receive support that implies the user is doing something wrong instead of acknowledging that an issue really exists.
*Update 4/19* Despite the suggestion from Humana to reach out to their forms, the App still crashes like before and they still aren't doing anything to help. I supplied a screen recording to them also but still no improvements. Now rating a 1 star to go with the "middle finger" response they gave. App keeps crashing everytime I click on the Employer Sponsored Challenge. I can only view the challenge by logging in through the computer. All other features have been working as expected.
Everytime i try to log into app it can't recognize my password. I tried calling for help and was told I can't reset my password by the app I have to go to a desktop computer. Kinda defeats the purpose of having an app for the phone. And I can't just leave it logged in on the app. For security purposes it logs out on my phone if not opened after a couple of weeks.
This program has become useless. It rarely works and my fitness tracker program does the same thing as this. Now that Amazon gift cards are no longer available as a reward, it's useless to me. As someone on a fixed income who reads avidly, those rewards were a huge help. $40 in rewards went missing last year & after 4 calls, I'm pretty sure I'm out of luck on that. This is now just another benefit that CMS has taken away from us senior and disabled folks.
This app is constantly overloading the CPU of my phone, so that I have to force it to shut down. It often runs battery down really fast before I know that its overloading the phone system! I have to use the app for my employer health care plan. Can't you fix this problem? The app is also not counting all of my steps. It very inconvenient and frustrating.
Update: since the last software update I am unable to view active Challenges that I signed up for - app crashes. I can access completed Challenges but they are empty, no tracking data of any kind. Great way to track activities and create new habits. A lot of features to learn. Update: Crashes on my Samsung 9 when I go I to challenges. I ended up buying a Garmin Vivoactive 3 music to help track my fitness habits better.
Hit and Miss Points It was working fine at first but now my workouts are not being accepted and making me miss the time window. Also, my milestone points are not showing up (500pt). Finding customer service is a nightmare- not sure if thats on purpose. Real disappointing. Screenshot captured calories burned, duration, date and times. Also, the steps provided does not help recover my missing 500pts. Can we revert to old versions?
This app sucks. It didn't record my steps from December '21 - February '22. Never got it to synch with my sleep log. Reached out to support and just got the typical "give it a few days to synch". Never did. No follow up. Not impressed from an insurance company that makes millions, if not more, every year. Edit: it's March 22 and the app didn't log any of my steps due to an update. Thanks Humana!
Update: Horrible App. Fails (quits) regularly. Will not record steps consistently from S health, even though connection shows no interruption. I consistently find that app has stopped recording for a week or so, then resumed. I believe this is an intentional design flaw so that Humana does not have to give out items in its "mall".
I cannot sign in on this app. I am able to login in a browser, just not here. And I am sure I have the correct password because when I type it in wrong it gives me this message: "Sign in failed The username or password you entered does not match our records. Please try again." And when I have the correct password it instead gives me this message: "Error An error occurred, try again." Things I have tried with no luck: restarting the app, restarting my phone, and reinstalling the app.
This app is complete garbage. Zero stars if possible. It drains your battery and when you try to only open it for a little bit to save your phone. It randomly decides when and what it will sync. If my company didn't make me use it, I'd uninstall it and never look back.
This app is so stale. Only a portion of my steps get counted so I have to rely on other features to reach my goal (for better insurance costs). Most don't apply or I've already done but nothing new has been added for years. Some apps meant to be compatible don't even exists any more! It's like Go365 just gave up entirely.
Not bad, not great. What would make it better.... + Add the ability to tap the workouts in the Recent Earnings list to see the details of how you earned the points + Automatically check in at approved gyms instead of having to open the app every time (bothersome) + Have the ability to remove the constant notification that the app is running in the background (annoying)
The app does a terrible job syncing with Samsung Health; it's always disconnecting without notice so I never end up getting my points. It also always uses like 13% of my CPU and draining my battery. Please fix this!
Crashes probably 2-3 times a week when trying to take a photo to record workouts. I've cleared cache, etc. Poor performance - disappointing for what is likely a multimillion dollar company. Surely your IT and developers can do better. Reading your reviews are enlightening- this poorly perfoming app has been a problem for quite a while.
My steps rarely count on the app even though I am connected through SHealth. Trying to do a challenge is pointless because of this issue. Edit: 365 community is a joke. I get a network error trying to access it in the app. I am still missing thousands of steps. Right now, over 25000 missing steps just for May! Fed up!!!
This app doesn't work as it should. Definitely needs better updates. I've had issues with it since 2019 with it not keeping track of anything eventhough my fitness pal app and Samsung health app are connected to it. On challenges it just reads 0 when obviously, no one stays at 0. Hope it gets fixed.
If zero stars was an option, that's the rating this app would get. I shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall this application daily like it's a unix program from the 90s. We "must" use this app to keep insurance affordable, yet the app never works. If I was a conspiracy theorist I'd assume that this doesn't function by design. Login failure errors are always generic enough to not help.
Scrolling functionality is horrible when answering know your numbers questionnaires. Difficult to use and would be much easier to just be able to type in a number. For example, triglycerides entry scroll selection begins at 1000 and I had to scroll through to 100 using a swipe to scroll method.
I love the idea of this app, but I'm constantly having to clear cache and reset permissions and u install and reinstall to get it to "talk to" my Samsung Health app! So annoying! And this last time, after reinstalling, it's not letting me sign in. I'm getting "an error occurred" message! 😡
The app is constantly having trouble staying in sync with Samsung health. My coworkers with the IOS version of the app never have any issues. Step Challenges aren't showing up on the android version but show up on the IOS version
So disappointed. It skips full days of points for my steps. I get the same nonsense from customer service trying to blame me for not logging in when I do. They close the service ticket without even fixing the problem. This problem pops up year after year.
I love being able to earn points for being active. I don't love this app. Every time it updates, my device is suddenly unknown and I have to go through the annoying process of opening my emails to find the verification code they sent. It would be less painless if I could at least receive the code via text. Also not sure if it's because of new version of Android, but the notifications are broken. I'm bombarded with reminders while the app is open, and nothing when closed. Using S21 Ultra.
I'm upset that if I want to participate in most activities, I need to download a bunch of other apps, many that require additional payment/subscription. I also can't participate in challenges without a fitness tracker (why can't you accept Google Fit?). It's frustrating in that aspect. Please consolidate all outside apps into a few comprehensive ones, and utilize the most common and free ones. All that said, I do feel more motivated to make healthier choices, so I gave it 3 stars.
The app works unstable. It works most of the time, but there are couple days in the year, the points were not loading to the system. You have to uninstall and restart everything again. By doing that, it does not guarantee the app would work immediately, you have to wait, because there is nothing you could do. When the apps works, the service is excellent. But when it acts up, it ruins the experience.
Never works properly. Every update screws up some crucial function. It didn't log my steps for all of September so I didn't receive points for any of the challenges I was in, despite uninstalling and going through all of the suggested fixes. With the most recent update, it keeps crashing and I can't log anything. There's little incentive to use it when it's always broken. Now, I only receive an error when trying to log in. Password and username correct. Hasn't worked in days. Not worth it.
How do you make an app this awful? Just wow. The sign in refuses to work, and the error messages are embarrassingly vague. Wanna connect to Garmin? Android API error screen lol. At least we have a "feedback" and a "Get help" button taking up 10% of the screen at all times that can't be minimized. Edit: After a while it turned out there was a deactivation on my account. I won't completely excuse this though because "something went wrong" wasn't exactly a helpful message. The working app is...Ok.
