For 2 months prepped to download today and did so with no problems BUT connect to SHealth with my brand new GearFit2 and the app won't allow/ doesn't show the option to record my sleep or workouts from there. I hope all the glitches and this is fixed soon. I have loved Vitality and worked hard to get my points. It won't be worth it now if I can't get everything off my tracker.
I often receive a message stating "can not authenticate at this time, try again later" when attempting to log in. I know my password is correct. And it receive a zero for my sleep log, even on days I sleep over 7 hours. I have not received all points earned.
Terrible bugs with date input. Poor navigation and low amount of options. 4.5 months later: Still awful
The app shuts down when I try and open it the first time. Works after that. Have samsung galaxy s5
Saw programs demonsrators phone slowed down tremendously. I am trying for the points.
The app isn't very functional. Several "features" don't work at all. Aparently they have no interest in customer service either. They don't respond. UPDATED 12/20/16 you finally updated the app, but you didn't fix any of the problems.
Went thru entire registration process, verified username, reset password. It will not allow me to sign in.
Doesnt give me all of my steps, only gives a certain amount.
This app does so very little when it does work that it's even more frustrating when it doesn't. And why do I need my password every time I use it? I'm not terribly afraid of someone secretly signing me up for a fitness challenge.
All the hype surrounding this app and users can't even download it--what a bust! Not a good way to start out with the introduction of a new app. Not confident in this app at this time.
Unable to log in. Worked for the initial log in, but now not able to use. Keeps saying try again later. Loved the Vitality app, with the go365 nothing but troubles so far. Disappointment
This new update will not let me sign in. It recognizes that I have an account but keeps sending me back to the login screen.
Doesn't record workouts completed everyday. Only give credit for some randomly. Has screwed me out of hundreds of points. So what's the point of keeping on using it?
I think it is ridiculous that we were being prepped for this "great" new app for two months, but it doesn't work?!?! Ready to go back to Vitality! I'm sure these issues are benefitting Humana in some way! So frustrating!!!!
First day of the new year and the application does not work.
Can't get signed in! I've been trying off & on for 3 days now. It made me change my password & still would not sign me in! It just takes me back yo myHumana. Grrr!
I emailed them about the same issues everyone has mention. The ladies response was useless. I have an S6 and a Samsung gearfit...not compatible. I average over 10k steps...and this app will not sync them in. What's the point HumanaV?
I love the way I can get fit and healthy with this app!
Unable to log in. I am so disappointed with Humana right now after all the hype about this new app. Fix it !!!
It doesn't work .it doesn't give credit or points as you work out.
So with all this fuss about go365, I look in the play store and the app doesn't exist. Way to go, Humana.
Why do I have to re-enter my password every time? And why can't I use all of the features from the website?

Keeps saying retry when I hit open! Come back later... have^retried" numerous times! Have Uninstalled... nothing works!!! I am enrolled in Challenges that I can not get to... where are my points??!! Bring back old app! Keeps saying .... "Coming Soon!"
I just registered on Go365, and I cannot login through the app. Everything works on the web, but I cannot even login on the App.
They gave me a million notifications that I needed to install this app on the first of the year, and now it will not install add expected
Only giving me a point for daily workouts.
Can't log in, even when I went through the "register process" it says I already have an account but when I use my log in info it says it's only good for MyHumana site, even after I changed my password. You would think when they made us change to new app they would have it actually work.
