This app has a very charming and humorous design with the unique illustrations but it has some major setbacks in goal setting functionality: 1. You are unable to write notes with your goals and tasks 2. Your tasks can only be scheduled on 'repeat' and not on 'single time'. This means each of your tasks will be repeated even if they are one-time-only tasks. 3. The times periods for tasks that you are given to pick are very inflexible. Only presets. Fixing this would make the app ultra valuable.
Pretty good app. I wish I could reset, reuse or continue for another time frame a goal. For example I want to do three runs a week. Each week that is my goal. I can't reset or reuse. I have to archive or delete the goal and start again. Kinda painful. Especially if the goals are a little complex. A reset or do it again option would be nice. Also it would be nice to be able to delete or subtract entries in case one messes up an entry, as I sometimes do.
love the art, and the idea of the app. I want a goal that I can add for myself, not have to pick a subject which it does not connect to in order to create my own goal. Second issue I am having is the inability to edit or delete tasks. I cant keep up on tasks if the requirements are wrong. I like the idea of this app and is a comfortable way to put out the drive to want to change one's self but those things need fixed.
Force closes a lot on the Note 9. The widget doesn't automatically update and the reminder feature doesn't work at all. I love the cartoons, I love the premise of having the main goal and tasks to list to arrive at the goal. I like the report feature. I liked all of it well enough to purchase it, but I've yet to receive the help I've requested for the above issues.
I really like this app - it's definitely helped keep me motivated... The downside is it's quite clunky to set up tasks as you can't set them for "once a month", only days of the week. I don't think you can set one-off tasks either which is a shame. I know it's in early days of development though so hopefully these things will come. It's great for goals you have that require certain tasks to be done once a week or more, I love how it shows your goal progress and the artwork is really cool.
The visuals are great. Unfortunately, the app doesn't let one create everyday tasks without selecting a "goal". The options for the goal are quite limited though and require setting units, e.g. times, minutes, meters, etc. It's impossible to select goals that cannot be measured in units, e.g. "feel better", "be healthy", "learn a language" and such. So maybe this app is useful for some tasks/habits, but not for me.
I find this goal setting app to be more helpful than others I've tried because it provides tools that have proven to be effective. For example it allows for identification, stair stepping, accountability, and visualization, which are known to be helpful psychologically for goal achievement. The interface is pleasant and easy to use. The only issue I've found is setting completion dates into 2020. I assume there will be an update shortly, but for a free app I can hardly complain.
I really wanted to like this app. The set up and graphics were excellent so I purchased the upgrade. Unfortunately, I did not receive all the perks the upgrade claimed to have and the remind setting in the app doesn't work. I contacted support weeks ago about the remind setting, however, received no response. I then contacted support about a refund and yet again received no response. Incredibly disappointed.
I love the design! I wish more apps were this visually appealing. Something stopping me from using this app seriously is that I can schedule things only on a particular day of the week, not biweekly or monthly. This makes the app usable only if you need the same repeatable days. Love the look but the usability needs more work in the intricacies of scheduling. 💚
I don't buy pro versions very often, in fact almost never. This app, however, was the quickest buy ever. I hope I'll keep enjoying it. Cute art style, very useful and the aesthetic makes it less stressful when you plan things. I wish one could add their own pics/photos for goals. Other than that no complaints so far ^.^
Loved it at first. Exactly what I wanted-long term goals with a place to add sub tasks. I was so excited I paid for the premium on the first day- but after just a few hours the bugs started to rear their ugly heads. Edited tasks do not update into the future and I have no idea how to fix them-do I literally have to edit each individual instance? The To-Do list tab does not open except from the widget and does not update. Many freezes and skipped clicks. Honestly pretty unusable.
I want my days to be organized and productive. I used to write journal which includes schedule, to do list, habits I want to break. I feel bad if I can't follow all of them. This Goal Meter solved it. The feeling when I click the 'Done' button for a certain task keeps me motivated even if I can't do all the asks. Thanks a lot to the app developers. All the best.
I like it so far but I'd ask the devs to add another feature while creating tasks, which would help to set the end date for the tasks. Calendar clones tasks for the entire year which is a bit inconvenient. Also sometimes the app gets frozen at the 'Please Wait' screen on my phone so maybe look into that too. Thanks for this :)
The app is not opening after signing in with Google. I haven't even been able to see the contents of the app. I tried signing in with Facebook, the same issue, what am I missing? The issue is now fixed. And the app is good for building habit and reaching goals as it states but I can't make quick one time activities on the to-do lists. There's no distinction between the to do list and routine.
It seems it could be great, but there are things that I dont like; It doesnt not let you have more than 3 goals at a time; It does not let you edit or delete an entire task, it makes you do them individually. I tried using the feedback feature, like it suggested, for the few things I didn't like, and nobody got back to me about them on any occasion(It let's you know that you will be emailed). It also adds the goals and tasks together in an odd way, that represents the tasks in the wrong way.
The app is on point in the sense that it's user friendly, including a tutorial, custom illustrations, easy goal set up and includes reminders BUT it's best feature does NOT work. It would not add tasks under the goal as promised. I tried several times and though I saved them, they did not appear under the headings. Bummer.
Very useful and effective, including setting goals according to different mesurements, you can set you goal by time, by counts, by repitition, and it will show you where you are in your goal. Cute and lovely icons and images to replace those cold bars and words, not dull at all(where do they find those cute little buddies..). It also includes the daily routine and to do list for the next 7 days, also it will show you how you perform in a specific range of time through thr report function.
I really like the artwork and everything in the app. A feature I wish it had was to be able to set a start and end date for a goal and have the progress bar showing a daily how far ahead/how far behind you are from completing the goal on the set date
Good drawings. But other than that, the UI isn't intuitive at all, and it's pretty darn confusing.. To edit anything is a chore and a bore - we have to sit down and figure out what the dev is trying to implement in this. The whole time we're like - 'Okay what's going on? What just happened? Why on earth did it do that?!' and, it's a paid app too. I really liked the animations and the art work👍 but apart from that, this one is a total let down. I thought it had potential.
I think this app has a great start but is not qite there. I have yet to receive a single reminder notification eventhough I have it set up to do so and to me this is an important part to achieving these goals. I also wish the check list was must more simple. We could just check yes I did it and it move on. The general set up is very nice and the comic pics are super cute. Paid for pro but am probably going to remove the app from my phone because it was not what I personally need.
New user. I love the app so far. You get 3 free goals which you can delete and swap out for free. More goals than that and it's $10 a one time fee. Honestly the app is worth it. How it's set up is fantastic. Plus the graphics are great. Also it has explanations and tutorials every step of the way. You could spend well over $10 at Walmart for a planner or have one at your finger tips. That's how I see it. They also make it fun. Having this is honestly a lifestyle change.
