Garbage. Along with all the other red tape the government creates when it tries to do anything. This adds steps and makes the waters much more muddy when working with an already complicated subject.
I'm having such a huge headache on the website; so I figured maybe, just MAYBE, it'll be easier if I download the app. No. No!!! THE APP JUST TAKES YOU THE THE WEBSITE. useless, this whole thing is such a tedious process.
this ignorant APP like all in the army works backwards. it will send you back to your internet explorer in a nonsense loop, it is like talking to S1 NO STARS FOR YOU!
Same as everyone else.... Login and it just kicks you to the webpage. So pretty much useless.
What is the point of this app? Useless piece of junk. Like AKO, probably designed by a crusty old E9 with no idea what the point of an app is

What can I say that hasn't been said already? Pure trash. I can't believe this is allowed to exist. The developers should be ashamed of themselves.
App login sent me to the internet site each time, and that website was clunky, confusing, and ultimately a waste of time via cell phone. Desktop is little better.
Doesn't work. It won't allow me to sign in and keeps telling me to download the app even though I opened it through the app.

If you have reviews that say nothing but "doesn't work" and "waste of time" do yourself a favor and delete this app from existence.
After I download the app and try to sign in it still takes me to the website. Then tells me to download the app. Lol waste of time

If you need to access your account, the app sends you to your web browser. Even in your browser most of the screens are desktop formatted & not for portable devices... The whole purpose of an app is to be self functioning. Until they make MAJOR changes, I'll still be using the computer version
App works as stated, just not very useful until it allows account specific interactions.
This is the second time I've tried this app the past 6 months. When I click on the app the screen goes black for about 30 seconds and it just returned back to the app page. This app does not work...
Worthless, can't do anything on this app. Can't request TA, or update my course planner, JUNK.

It only has policies and takes you to the web browser for the actual site.

Cannot actually access your account. If you just want to get basic, generic info, you are in luck. But if you'd like to actually access your account, forget it. It just pushes you to your browser. Useless for everything I would want it for. I'll just stick to the website since I have to go there anyways.
