Doesnt connect and Santa way too much access to my phone, why would it be able to turn off and on the do not disturb setting or access to everything else my phone is capable of doing. Waste of money and waste of an app. Save yourself the trouble. Oo and their main app isn't even on Google play, just a knockoff.

It lacks 2 MAYOR features. 1) Change time to 24/12 hrs format. 2) The option to turn off the "turn on when wrist rotates"... it's a pain to watch the smart smartband turning on every time I move my arm when running... such a waste of battery. Please fix those 2 things, thanks.

I have used this App for quite sometimes now and there were times it just did not sync with my laptop but i have switched to a different device my Android tablet and it seems to work very well so far I have also switched to a different cell phone number. Maybe you should try that. So far I give it a 4 star rating.

great app does what it says. works very well so far, message and phone call notifications work great. only thing i wish the app could do is set time to 12 hour as i hate 24 hour time display, but if thats the only problem then all is good. would recommend app to anyone

Terrible app. Device works great but I try to sync it with my phone and all I get is errors. Don't waste your money!

After updating my mobile to a newer android, the app can't run and reports that it doesn't support android. Please update the application because if I have tried other applications, they do not want to pair with the bracelet. Thanks

good thing I didn't buy this watch it was a gift. at least answer the question how too fix this thing! why want it count steps? and how can I reset it to start over?

I really do love using my smart watch and this app too but now, I cannot use my smart watch anymore because it's not working on new phone. No update yet?

I have a problem of when i sync with the device the next day the app and device show steps already tracked even when the device is not being worn over night

Worst app nice way to fool the people it required older version android its called Chutiya banane ki ninja technique i am not able to open the app its occur some error and if i am not able to use the app so what the use of this watch the worst app and watch but still its look MKB.

Please update the app. Since I upgraded my phone I now get a message that this app is for an older version of android and then the app closes.

The app works great just as the band and it's all good but the app autostarts and makes my phone lagg so fix it please
