This app does have some technical improvements over the original FFB app, but there is a MAJOR missing component. INTERBANK TRANSFERS HAVE BEEN REMOVED! So, you can no longer move money to another bank through this application AT ALL. Just an FYI to anyone who uses this feature frequently. I figured the $4 fee I pay everytime I make a transfer would have helped ensure that we kept this feature with the new application...but alas, no.
Really terrible interface. I have about 4 apps for different banks and this is by far the worst. Needlessly complicated. No sign out option. A serious downgrade from the old app. Pondering whether to change banks because the app is that bad.
Terrible app. I can't see my accounts. All I see is balances. Every time I select FFB I'm told there's a new app update..install..I install...next time I enter, same message as though I never installed the update. Why can't I see current transactions....all I see is dated 17 January. One star is 1 star too high.
Every time I open the app it says sync failed. I've tried signing out and back in and that doesnt help. It's very frustrating.
Just thought I'd be the first to review. The update happened first thing this morning. This is a legitimate application to replace the old FFB app. So far so good. Very sleek design. Now has fingerprint sign in and PIN number options. I'm happy to bank with FFB!
Takes 5 days to do an online transfer to another account within the same institution. Every other bank in existence transfers to other accounts within their Institution instantly. It's annoying and I really want to switch banks.
This version of the app is definitely better than the last app. I just wish this one had a link to sign out not just back out of it where it stays open in the background.
UI is better overall, but it takes 30+ minutes to sync every time the app opens making it completely useless.
Very descriptive, love that you can chat with the customer service dept., it's so easy to navigate through. Love it!!
Never wants too update and ive had the Bank of America app and it was way better,faster,and all around more easy to work i wish that first fidelity would improve there mobile app.. so until they do i rate 1 star!! No more No less!!

The old app was better. This version has a better platform, but takes ages to load (if it loads/updates at all) Wish I had the old app
I like it very much easy to move thru an check accounts. I would like a way to close the program when I'm finished.
Cannot get logged in an error keeps occurring. It is working like it should now, think I just might like it.

This app is extremely convenient. Love I can keep up with my banking on the go. The mobile deposit is great!
Current acvount data always lags about 2 weeks behind. Ow requires double authentication every time i log in on any of my devices.
This newer version is so much easier to navigate and use than the earlier version. Thanks FFB
App keeps crashing when I try to open it, rendering it useless.
This app is awful!! There's no option to sign out , the balances come up completely different dailyand it's NOWHERE NEAR AS SECURE AS THE OTHER ONE!! WHY IS IT THAT ALL YOU COMPUTER GEEK COMPANIES HAVE TO FIX WHAT AIN'T BROKEN??!!
As of new update 4/13/20. My account will not refresh, I only get an error that says sync failed.

I would have given this app a negative number of stars if i could. It is a really terrible app. I now have an overdraft because the app is very confusing. It looked like i had money in my primary account but the app showed a savings account balance but showed transactions from my primary account. Thanks a lot. Bank better take the overdraft fees off!!! I want the old app back
