GoCatch: Taxi & Rideshare

App has generally worked as it should the various times I've used it over the past several years. Something basic that really needs to be addressed is allowing us to update credit card expiry dates. Currently you can only do this by adding a new card but the expired card remains on the payment method list (without the date visible, only last 4 digits of card number), so the old one could be selected inadvertently. No obvious way of deleting obsolete cards, either expired or closed accounts.

Full of bugs. Cant add new credit card because the verification process is broken. Support is ridiculously slow and useless mostly non responsive. Very dissapointing this app is so broken when it has been around for so long. Developers obviously don't care

Shithouse . Trying to log in. Says password is incorrect although it is. Tried to reset password and it says option not available. Tried to log in through FB through the link on the app and that comes up with an error message. How can you possibly use the service if you can't access it. I gave it 1 star because zero stars wasn't an available option.

Apparently my account is blocked though I've never had the chance to use the service. Getting help or deactivating the account requires a web form with a captcha that apparently doesn't work on mobile, and in any case doesn't close the account or wipe personal details. They still get to keep those, apparently.

Got charged twice for single trip. Have been trying to have money re-funded or be able to use the voucher where the credit amount is stored. Delay. Ignore. Standard responses. Nice little profit for the company.

Best taxi app - booking easy, payment easy, ratings easy, billing easy, rewards nice. One improvement would be handy - allowing you to tag flights to a booking to/from an airport (this tagging would be incredibly handy when customers get delayed by changing flight schedules).

Customer service is rubbish. I bought $100 credit for $75 with one of their deals, and never received the voucher as promised. Tried multiple times to get answers from the support team, 1 response, which still didn't get me my voucher THAT I BOUGHT, or a refund. Don't use this app, they are liars.

I can use my log in details on the actual website but won't let me log in on the app and has been like this since the first day I downloaded it. I've uninstalled and tryed again but get the same response

Don't download! Super shady, no longer running as a ride share! But it doesn't tell you until you've provided all your persou information. And then it says there is no option to remove or change your information. Super dodgy, do not download!

after I log in the app says 'please wait' with no further progress. I've restared the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice to give it a chance, however the problem remains.

This isn't the local taxi app I used to use on my old Microsoft phone. The logo is totally different, and the website. That's probably why i can't log in at all anymore.

Used it for a trip and didn't receive an invoice. It doesn't even appear in my last trips in the app. Support is non-existent. Stay away.

No explanation of how this works what sort of costs for a trip or what the different classes of cars are. And you can't look inside the app until you create an account. I'm deleting it.

Rescinded 2 out of 3 vouchers upon sign up which was $50/70 - the app took away the value within 1 hour of creating my account. Didn't bother using it after hearing terrible experiences from drivers and riders. With news of their Executive team members leaving I wouldn't touch this app.

Rubbish app. I feel sorry for the taxi drivers . How can you compete with ride sharing industry when the taxi hailing app doesn't work . The app always says try again . Useless

The app no longer works. it closes as soon as I open. I have tried clearing the cache and data - no luck

Just downloaded & attempting to log my visa card. Both when I manually write it & scan it, it doesn't register and takes me back to begin again. Frustrating & so will not use

Won't let me sign in via Facebook,also tried creating an account and unsuccessful. please sort it out because I would rather pay an Australian company opposed to international.

Don't use this app! They charged me for a trip I didn't take. Their support email hasn't answered the polite request for a refund I made two weeks ago

app no longer opens. crashes on first screen as taxi moves across. reinstalled and same issue

GoCatch driver app just won't pay me for 2 trips I did for GoCatch customers. I can't call them and sent them many messages with no help. Dodgy company with bad service and marketing tactics. Please avoid them.

The app just wouldn't boot up after installation. Stuck on in progress screen for ages. Not a good experience

Absolutely terrible. They've removed all of my credits without any form of notification. This is fraud.

Have a voucher and need to sign up however the app just crashes. Tried using Facebook to sign up and nothing happens.

I got this app to use PayPal or zippay. Try to add them countless times - doesn't work

crashes and hangs, no it is not connectivity and it is a brand new Samsung Note so not CPU or RAM related

Go catch terminated contracts of its South African virtual workers without notice and now they refuse to pay them in full .Now they are giving lame reasons for not doing so. Deducting money from official worked hours i dont know for what.Passengers beware, they will deduct money from your account without informing you first. The reason why there is one star is because i could not post this without rating it. Better use Uber.
