Really miss this app. It needs to be removed from the store if it's goijg to remain discontinued & unsupported.

I can log into their website, but not on their app, using both my user ID and my email address.

Worked great for a while. My login works through my browser, but the app will not let me in.

Well at least after reading some of the reviews I now know why I can't sign in. They've discontinued the app. That's too bad. It was good when it was working.

The app will not login to my account. It will not accept the login information.

Doesn't work anymore and I didn't know that until I wasted more than an hour trying to login.

Cannot log in using the app.

This had been one of my go to apps, but unfortunately for the last few months the directory of links to a majority of comics do not work. I would think this would be an easy fix, but technical support has not tried to manage the directory. I kiss using this app to view my favorite comics. Please speak with the developers to maintain this product efficiently and effectively.

First they kill RSS to force people to the site they were going to anyway. Now they've messed up their own app. Can't login. Can't find my favourites. I can't even browse comics from the app. Keeps giving me an out of date range error. Unclear how this will be a profitable business model for them moving forward.

I'm trying this again because their mobile site has become so buggy with JavaScript phishing popups it's unusable. This app a least doesn't take over the phone, but it is pretty poorly made. The "my comics" section only shows random comics I've selected and the search function works sometimes. Very frustrating.

Not sure what happened, but the app no longer works. Comics either won't open, or the icon is linked to the wrong comic. Please fix it. It's one of my favorite apps and I miss the daily dose of happy from it.

This was an amazing app, I was considering the paid subscription but now it appears to be defunct. Very sorry to see it go. Thank you to those who researched and posted the news - one would think Andrews McMeel might be professional enough to serve notice to their loyal user base. Like others here, I wouldn't pay for the web site experience. I'm glad I still have comics to read in the paper dailies that are delivered to my door.

I absolutely love the GoComics App. My only issue is that I wish it gave the option to arrange your comics how you want, whenever you want. I like mine in a particular order, and when I find a new comic to add, I have to delete all of my comics in order to put the new one where I want it, then re-add them one by one. They offered rearranging on their Windows app, and I wish they integrated it for Android.

Apparently discontinued by the developer. See the response to another review. App worked better than the mobile website. As a paid subscriber, I'll research other options before renewing. Not happy that I had to go searching for the reason that the app stopped working. We all should have received notification, especially if the app is still available to download.

Good selection of comics but at some point they screwed up an update and now when you go over to the editorial cartoons the only one you can see is Palo Alcaraz. Update. Every section of the program is screwed up except the my comics. The example comics and new comics show comics which do not march the titles listed.

All you have to do is go to your device's app manager & clear the cache & data for this app. Yes its that easy folks. No need to cry over broken apps, no need to uninstall/reinstall. Just step right up and give it a try. You won't be disappointed folks.

Opening a ticket was the way to find out the app was shut down, and the app worked much faster than the website: Thanks for your message, and we're sorry that you're disappointed that the app has been decommissioned. However, the mobile website works great, so I would encourage you to use that until we know how to move forward with the app. Further, if you haven't seriously considered becoming Premium, I'd like to remind you that with a premium membership, you would be entitled to a daily email of all of your selected comic content, as well as an ad-free experience on our site. An enjoyable app until 19 November 2014, when all of the comics suddenly showed up as "Comic not available for selected date." Using LG Optimus G running Android 4.1.2. UPDATE: Installed Jan. 2019 and tried again, but the same issue comes up using an LG G5.

I don't know what somebody did to this app, but it couldn't be any more screwed up. The comics all point to the wrong one or else say not available. Releasing this, obviously without the most elementary testing, is ridiculous beyond belief. How could any developer worthy of the name not realize that you have to test something first?

Worked pretty well til last update which ruined it. Uninstalled. May try it again later and revise rating if it is fixed. Seeing a LOT of angry reviews here recently--where the hell are your administrators/Web developers guys? Do you even have a clue what you did to your app and viewers? EDIT: Uninstalled/reinstalled. Third time. Finally worked. App is now pretty much identical to before update, which was fine. Upgrade to four stars because I love my comics.

It wasn't working for a few days. I did the recommended​ uninstall and reinstalled it and now it's working. But because I had missed a few days I went to scroll to the previous day's comics and it won't let me swipe the screen to go back. I have to go actually select the date. That's kind of annoying but it's good other than that.

I loved this app but I have to ask what use having a mobile app is if it won't work on a mobile network? It's been over a year since I've been able to use this app while on mobile data, I've even switched phones since then so I'm pretty certain it isn't on my end. It still works fine on wifi but ever since one of the updates last year I have no ability to use mobile. Really disappointing.

It doesn't seem to work, I even used it on Windows phone but it's not working on there either, please fix, we love this app, and your going to lose revenue because no one will see the ads because the app isn't working. You will lose money.
