app was working well before, but now it's glitched. the google map constantly scrolls up without any user input and the touchscreen functions on the map are either extremely delayed or completely unresponsive.
busses are never on time. app is not accurate on arrival times. will say bus will be there in 29-30 min but the bus will not show up for an hour. has extreme differences in arrival time between stops that are right next to each other. one stop will say 30-31 min for arrival but the one up the street will say 4-5 min. lists stops that are not on the route and has stops where no stop is listed on the route. there's more but I could be typing all day before I could put everything on here
I'm from St Louis and metrobus tells you exactly what bus to take and what time it arrives and everything. This app is horrible. Its complicated to figure out and is just frustrating!! Update it or something to make it more user friendly
if you take the bus in COMO it's a very easy and comprehensive bus route map application. shows all stops on each route and bus locations for all buses and routes simultaneously in real time. no more wondering where the bus is if you happen to be waiting for it at your bus stop.
Map kept scrolling up not allowing me to look at the routes. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, did the same thing.
Map scrolls away and glitches in software make this app very hard to use. Good concept but poorly implemented and obviously not maintained!
estimated arrival times dont update very fast. ill check a location that im going to catch the bus and 10-15 minutes later ill check again and the time didnt change,happens ALOT!!!
Good when it works. When it doesn't and the buses aren't tracked it's not only worthless but frustrating!
Won't stay open after update. I can't see the bus stops at night and rely on this to track the bus to my stop.
Not the best at all! Services should go back to ols routes, including later routes and adding in sunday services.
map is stuck scrolling on it's own! Seriously, for months! Got asked to rate again? App still has same problems!
I love being able to see where the transit busses are so I know my time schedule...I LOVE IT..😉😆😁
I would've rated it 5 stars if it had the bus schedules on it, but it really helps when I need to catch a bus.
the apps works fine just dont like the new routes that the buses take they should go back to how they were
The real time bus tracker makes it very convient. However the Bus Lady was rude.
I missed the bus twice in a row bus was closer than the app said it was not cool
Because of this app I spend less time waiting for the bus. This is good because of my age and poor health.

How can I write about my experience with this app, when you want it rated as soon as its installed? You might want to give people a chance to use it first before you ask to rate it. I had to give it one star but as far as I am concerned, it deserves zero stars because I don't know how I feel about it.
Real time access is the best feature.
More connections to other buses, and double quantity...
This is the worst bus system and it's not very reliable.
How is a person supposed to understand how do I learn to use the bus for the first time? It's so confusing I don't even understand and I'm just going to wind up riding the whole Trail LOL

You can't plan your day on multiple trips because they don't give no time schedule when the bus arrives and they never with in 10 minutes of arrival everyday
Great for tracking the buses, but would suggest an alarm based on time or distance. That way, instead of standing in the sun/heat/cold, you could have a 5 minute/block warning so you could get to the bus stop. Also, since some stops are in places where there's a blind curve, either those stops need moved to a better location (preferably near a stop light for crossing the street) or add a feature where, if you are at the stop, the bus receives a "stop request" after passing the previous stop.
