I love the split morning and evening devotionals and prayers. The quotes are very helpful and inspiring as well. This app has been artfully styled and is easily inspiring, spiritually. Thank you for making this easy to use and understand. I really appreciate and enjoy using this app twice daily for my morning and evening devotionals.

Love this app! Reading morning & eve. The verses cordinate into a mini study. Having trouble with it lately. The devotion gets stuck and will not advance to the complete reading.

I have read the book form for years and enjoy having this on my tablet. I really enjoy the daily prayers, too.

I was introduced to Bagsters Daily Light 60 years ago. Am delighted to find the app - with added features. Still the blessing it always was. The NKJV would be a desirable optional translation.

I have used a paper pocket book version since 1989. This is simple, good looking, easy to use with ability to take notes for later reference. The daily prayers are passionate and the devotionals are pure scripture not someone's interpretation of it. My only issue is the selection of Bible versions (only comes with 3 - KJV as the default), would like to see ESV or NASV as options as well. Otherwise, its a fresh faced, handy app by which one can access the greatest truth mankind will ever know.

I have used Daily Light since the age of 11 and now I am 58. It has been a great encouragement and comfort.

Not sure about all of the days but the first day that I read did not have all the correct verses. The default view should be the reading view. The pictures are nice but really unnecessary and actually a little distracting. I would much rather see the text formatted for easy reading. Also the two other versions besides King James would not be my first choices. I would like to see ESV, nasb, or New King James.

Delighted with the latest update and version. This daily devotional is so helpful and always inspires me to pray as I think upon the scriptures each day. I also find the daily morning and evening prayers such as blessing to use.

It's refreshing to read..It's what I need to start and end my day without it, I feel my soul at a loss when I skip the Word.

This is a Great App to have on your phone or tablet, The features are great! But Most of all the Word of God is Amazing! and the form that these devotions are put in, they allow for a extension into the Word of God as oppose to just circulating around one main focus point, I truly enjoy these devotions night and day, Im able to get great meditation on the word of God on the Go and for that I am pleased with this app. Thanks Daily Light ~Kris~

An excellent way to get the Word of God into our everyday lives. The accompanying photo connected with each reading a blessing in themselves, a visual reminder of our Lord's creativity and majesty. I would definitely recommend this app, scripturally based daily devotional. It a modern format of an old devotional book, where God's Word explains itself by itself in accessible way.

I was using the book which is falling apart after many years. This app gives me the reading plus beautiful prayers morning and evening each day. Update March 25th 2021 It would be nice to be able to bookmark verses for further reference. Would like to be able to get reminders for the evening readings too.

I have absolutely loved the easy access to God's Word. The app is free and easy to use, and the format of the devotions is good for the soul. The fact that the entire devotion is just Scripture is great. It is such a great way to hide God's Word in your heart!

Awesome! Every lesson is infused with scriptures. The lessons also teach you application. The app offers both morning and evening lessons, with a daily morning prayer and evening prayer. The prayers are so heart enriched and biblically sound. My prayer life has grown as I grow through reading each of the devotions and the prayers. If you're looking to learn to apply the Word into your daily life, this is the app for you!

It's a great app and it works pretty-much flawlessly. the only thing I wish was a little different was that they wouldn't have any advertising, the advertising is not very obtrusive though.

Love this app!! Thank you for offering it! I was so happy to find it, as it is one of my favorite devotionals. I love that it is all Scripture written in paragraph form. I also love the daily prayers. Always very deep and encouraging. And I love the fact that we can now save the prayers that were meaningful to us, to come back to. All in all, great app! 💕

Classic devotional with rich daily readings composed exclusively of Scripture verses. The app works beautifully and has convenient features such as the ability to mark favorite readings and post highlights to social media that are pre-formatted in a lovely way.

I love how it is scriptures all expressing a theme about God and His message to us. It has no commentary and let's the Word speak on it's own to us. This is in old KJV Bible translation. Ok for me but even though this is how Samuel Bagster assembled it over a 100 years ago it would be nice to also have an updated good new English version as well as I think this is a difficult read for many. Enjoy the addition of the prayers not sure if they were in Bagster s original but they are. very moving.

After 5 months, everything I was looking for. The Lord is good.

I have been a daily light reader for many years in the book form . It has been an inspiration and a guide in my life. And now that there's a app that reminds me daily to read it's very helpful.

Have used the book for years. Great to find it available as an app! Just the scripture, leaving it up to you to reflect and meditate. Very good implementation, too.

It is like the weather forcast for saints , because year after year it is spot on for every days challenges even when they differ from day ny day and year by year. It bring the Word to us fresh and unchanged and without compromise. Love it

I grew up hearing Daily Light , read by my father after breakfast and supper. It helped strengthen my faith as a young girl. I was delighted to discover that Daily Light is now an app! I love seeing the beautiful pictures that accompany the reading.

Wonderfully arranged. Each day the verses supply need, whatever the individual situation may be. Always comforting, sympathizing, encouraging, Hopeful, direct ing right way to follow. Feeling God's presence & power that enthralling.
