The app does not integrate with the products on the website. You can not select products from the website to sell in person from the app. This seriously needs to change. How can you not understand what I am saying. I need to be able to select/scan product quickly and be able to check out my customers quickly. With this app its only put in a price from the item, then add another or whatever. This does not help with tracking sales and inventory. It need to be connect to my website inventory!!!
I'm pretty new to GoDaddy and already having trouble loading the products when clicking on it. So I can't add any new products, or edit any products - I havent been able to for the passed month. I don't even have up to 100 items yet. The website is already kind of slow at loading 80% of the time, but the app is even slower.
I really liked this app. But now its becoming more annoying then anything. When i add options to my products no one is able to check them out. I cant add gift cards. I cant edit my featured products anymore, editing and making changes take legit 2 freaking days because it keeps kicking me out and i have to start all the way over or delete the product and add it again. No access to provide my memebers with anything exclusive like i would like. Just devestatingly disappointed in my choice.
Garbage, it just sends you to the website in your browser. Why am I wasting resources on my phone to install an app that doesn't do anything? Everything I try to do it just sends me to the web browser. I can just go directly to the web browser without wasting my time using the app.
I have needed an outlet for my artistic expression and I am greatful that I have a loving and thoughtful sister who granted me access to her account. I truly feel like a child in a candy store right now. I don't have the computer savvy nor tech. know how to build a website but, so far the navigation provided has made it quite simple. Thank you for this platform.
The editing function sucks. It either deletes, does not save, or doubles parts of my blog. Tech support keeps telling me it's fine on their end. Funny that doesn't happen on any other platform.
App Was a 5 star until today. We used to be manually add an appointment in the app until today. Now the forms prefilled with other clients in the database and keep getting error messages when trying to save the appointment in the application. The application worked fine before with no problems. If you are running a business give your clients time to figure an alternative plan before changing things on them. Unprofessional Godaddy I have to look elsewhere. You have my number call to discuss.
Is good it's perfect. Is the best and easy way for you to make a online store. I would say I will say it's the best download. The only thing that is a little bit difficult that I tried and never got it done is taking the domain name to another website to you if you buy a domain name from GoDaddy I recommend you to use it and go there.
It's still not good. I'm updating this because I still can't see my website stats from my phone except for sometimes. The only thing that makes the app work correctly is Uninstalling it and then reinstalling it, and that's just simply not what I pay for.

Quite awful, and getting worse. Not only did they changed billing without authorization, they charged me for products I didn't order. Diffcult to get help and customer support is absolutely horrendous. I will start looking for company ASAP.
The app is so buggy, tips not showing up, transactions not even ordered sequentially, products edits don't work... I have a POS with godaddy but this app is so bad. I'll probably need to switch to another e-commerce platform

I'm day number two into trying to make a simple website and still have nothing. I just want to post a few pics and upload my logo so customers have a place to view photos. It almost seems deliberately complicated. Am I the only one?
After contacted support, i have this weird order with no name, no address, payment in hold. I contacted my bank and block all transactions from godaddy and im moving to another platform.

The text editing capabilities are atrocious when I try to edit text at any given section of a webpage!!!
Lately, I am unable to access anything with the app. All it gives me is the transactions tab. I cannot add products, coupons or even see my store. No updates or fixes available. This time it's been at least 10 days . Getting frustrated with this.
This is one poor excuse for an app especially from such a big name. I do not understand how such big companies cannot make a useable application. On a Note 20 Ultra it just freezes during startup. Damn near crashes my phone. The website works much better and doesnt cause any extra drain on my phone nor could it ever crash my phone so ill stick with that. Godaddy just needs to kill this garbage.
Easy to use, payments feature as good as PayPal and Square. Noticed that the payments feature is supposed to have QR codes for contactless payments. Haven't seen it yet. Just curious as to when I will have this feature?
Running a brand new galaxy 22 ultra, app keeps hanging and crashing when adding products. Guess we are limited to desk top operations.
Dreadful service. Purchased domains don't show up on your site. Have seen GoDaddy try and make a sale on one of my domains that is a tweak only in difference to mine. Domain names or anything else don't show up on a PC. I have a basically blank page on my page. And using a phone will ALSO only get you a blank space and no details of the customers OWN product. Because they don't show up. Worst site I've ever used (ironically).
I dont understand why I am having all these issues now, The connection dies while i am putting in products details and I have to start all over again I cleared all cookies cleach and still i am having issues so its not on my end. And Google ads link to start a camphane is dead too. Go Daddy please chech your connections. Also posting to Facebook from my shop has issues too
Updated took this app from good to great! Easy to update my products and view orders. I love it!
Mad they charged me for another year of my website url. But I'm no longer using the website. Ugh... other than that great great service
What an easy way to build a website. It's very user friendly and will ultimately save you time and money.

So much easier to do on the phone with voice to text makes a listing a hell of a lot faster
I love my GoDaddy app but sometimes it could be hard to change prices on things you have to go through a lot just to change the precious of your products but love the customer service and the help they give you when you're stuck and different options to redo your site to give it a refresher...
