GoDial - Automatic Number Dialer Call Center CRM

Glitchy but functional. Real picky with .csv files, if they take more than 2 seconds to load you may need to fix something in the csv like the top/title row. Split screen may cause glitchy behavior with TruePhone. During autodials tapping the Secondary number for someone may cut the countdown to nothing for every next call. It'll occasionally just stop, like it wants a break, and you have to restart the app but it'll pick up right where it left off without a hassle.

Good Dialer. The only thing I didn't like when testing, is that if you use an app like Google Voice to make calls through this dialer - The dialer only inputs the number for you, it doesn't automatically start calling it. Other than that, good interface, good features, and clean GUI. Love the face emoji on the sliding bar for prospect rating btw.. made me chuckle.

The reason I am giving this app a two star is cause every time I got to text the customer the app crashes. Then from that point I have no way to edit that I called and it's still new. Thus making data gathering pointless. Once the crashing is fixed and there is a way to update the contact after the crash I will put it at a 5 star. Other than that might be best to find an app that does not crash as often.

It worked fine at first. Then it started double calling. I was on the phone talking to somebody and the conversation wasn't over and then the next call started ringing. It's impossible to add any contacts like when I started with premium. now I can't seem to load them at all and I called the support number, the 917 number and naturally the number is no good.

Perfect app for work from home/Sales/recruitment/outbound calls. Would love to give 5 stars, but there are few bugs i.e Slow response from application, Overall app performance is superb.. also wanted you to know if we get to change more settings like editing statuses. Calling on churned numbers is a task because numbers wont show according to the keyword/status

Wonderful app. Igave 4 stars as few thing like the call status which the app has the default one. We can't edit them instead we can add more status. As per the caller some time list went long to scroll and to add the status. And the colour pallete option are also few. Need to add more colour. My request is " that the caller may edit the call status on setting and increase the colour pallete. And the icing on the cake would be the call recording. With the logs jn the app

It was easy to add contacts and the interface seemed neat. A few problems though - note added in one lead gets copied in the next lead as well. Editing the note in the next lead was overwriting the note in the previous lead (as if the note field is shared by all leads). Dialing on leads was fine though.

Very Gud app. I have taken premium app after using free for more than a Year. Below things Can enhance user experience 1:Edit button for stages name and can create list wise stages instead of all stages showing for all list currently 2: List Rename and Delete Option Not available 3: In Earliar Version Deal Amout Option Was there which can be marked with any lead and was very useful which has been removed in new version. Kindly Restore that 4: Back Up on Google Drive On Click to Restore

Very good basic feeling app to efficiently call through a list of leads and take notes and categorize after each call. Call back reminders are a nice touch. Would like more fields to import into the app and a clear/select all in the filter.

The cheapest software for autodialing out there, and it works super fine. Best for telecalling and managing leads. Thanks to the callback options i no longer have to set up reminders separately

This is a good application but one thing is missing is sending message based on disposition. Like if I want to send different messages based on what happens on the call that cannot be yet customised. Otherwise great.

By far the only app that actually works as an auto call dialer, tried a lot of them, most of them are not working. Please work on the duration as some calls are not getting counted.

To search the leads for a particular contact person which is missing and its making difficult to call any specific customer. Expecting this feature to be added soon.

It is taking a long time to import my numbers from the phonebook. Otherwise it is a really great concept. One of the best sales crm apps I have seen.

Excellent app. But still some improvement needed for better and some additional features. I am waiting for it's widget and some additional features.

A good dialer, not a good crm A lot of functionality is lacking - no sort, cant change system settings, cant setup a login for website I tried emailing support twice - no response Phone number rings once, and goes to voicemail - no response

The app is very fast and useful i love this app very helpful in auto calling and easy to import contacts from excel

We have been using this for a while now. Started with the Personal version. Now using the enterprise version. Quite effective for teams and managers to manage outbound sales calls. The CRM is pretty nifty too.

It had a good user interference. I know that it is little funny to say that I have irritated my those friends whom never recieve my calls. It works like a call centre by getting done unlimited dials.

1. Call status customization was not as expected, can't delete status which is not required 2. Filter option is tiring 3. No web desktop app 4. Going to previous lead option is not available 5. Notes needs date wise update Overall good but have to improve a lot

One of the best mobile crm I have used. Fantastic ui and very simple. I am able to quickly call 100 of sales calls. It's like a pocket call center auto dialer and a crm. Looking forward to more features.

I like simple apps that solve nagging problems. The CRM in the app is a beauty. Took me just 2 minutes to get onboarded and start operations. Well done to the developers. I will be upgrading to a enterprise account when my team grows.

Benifit of this app This app is best for small startup for clients management and keep the record of each clinets. The app also gives you inbuilt dialer for call. Other CRM service provider charge for dialer. The best thing of this app is it charge you a just cost of coffe per day. Correction in this app. The problem with this aap is. You canot make custom lable for customers. Desktop features is not in the app.

From this I have done 5oo dails and after that I have got a ring. It has alloweded me to do all things while dailing. I am happy to see that it works perfect exactly as it is described. Highly recommended!

Never imagined that an app of this kind would be available. Makes multiple calling so easy and need not remember.... It reminds also to call back. Great app.

It’s such a brilliant idea, I was manually dialing and saving numbers before this. GoDial makes life so easy.

Tried several other auto-callers but they were either too complicated or expensive to use. GoDial fits right in the sweet spot for us.

I love the feature of leaving a message after call, saves me a lot of time than typing. Also I can send easily to WhatsApp without saving the number.

Pathetic support. Their are too many issues with the app, please don't buy. Developer is very unresponsive, they are not interested in resolving issues, they don't want to speak with their paid customers.

I don't see a Redial option so uninstalling it, don't feel like wasting another hour looking through some idiot app. If you can't make it more obvious then I'm getting one that can.
