Avoid it ! You are paying a fee for an inexistant service. As long as your trip is going well, it is fine and easy to use but if anything happen during the journey, don't exept any refund from the company (for instance the G30 service from SNCF) because you can not access your passenger number or anything with Omio. Moreover, the after sales service could be sum up with : "yes yes we are coming back to you", "yes yes" and nothing happen. Very very disappointed for the useless extra cost.
They are selling tickets in pounds that was in first place sold in euros. I paid 14 euros more because of converting currencies. And that I saw after I paid on last app screen was 72 euros from my account was taken 86... No questions no notice... The ticket was from Deutsche Bahn...
Find more route alternatives and better cost alternatives for travel and accomodation. Full points if train carriage and seat (&QR(and platform)) could show in app, instead of opening email to find ticket as attachment.
Horrible app, fist I received 'o updates correctly (the train was going to be 4 hours late), the app said on schedule an hour and a half after it was to leave. Then since I had paid extra to get a refund of a €14,60 ticket the app informed me that to change or cancel it would cost $15. Do 'ot waste your time and money on this app, unless you just like to start fires with your hard earned money.
Annoying!!!. It's showing different prices when it's taken to payment page not only 1 or 2 tickets but almost every tickets I had tried to book. I don't recommend this app.
Bought ticket for a trip that does not exist. The courier company I contacted after, confirmed they do not have such trips. Let's see, what is next. Try to contact them for a money refund....
I booked a trip and when I went to pay they would not accept any form of payment. Credit card, PayPal, nothing. I think this app is only collecting payment information to steal from the client.
First time to use it.. Brescia, Italy.. booked a bus to the airport which was supposed to leave at 10 pm which was written on the ticket.. went to the station and the bus never arrived.. the schedule in the station said the last bus leaves at 9:30 pm.. i almost missed the flight.. i contacted customer service and asked for a refund, they said i should contact the bus company and they cannot help me.. irresponsible people who don't want to bother with anything as soon as they take your money
They won't accept any form of payment. I can get through the entire search and booking process except for the actual payment part, and it doesn't matter whether I use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, PayPal, anything.
Avoid Omio. They seem to be a scam. Booked train tickets from Paris to Champagne, when arrived at station I was told the tickets were invalid. I had to buy another ticket on the spot from the train company for a very expensive price. Couldn't stress enough to avoid.
Excellent app for planning European travel. I've used it many times without problem.

Works well, fast, intuitive, clearly laid out. Did NOT work at Charles de Gaulle but did work everywhere else in France. Prices are competitive.
This app seems pretty good when I first used it. User friendly interface, spped of the app and ability to find what you need are all top notch!
My overall view is good.....but they charged 30 euro more than they stated on the tickets. I was hoping to get it back later but still I don't get that amount.

I tried the app, deliberately planning a multi-mode journey. The app failed to find it and suggested a more expensive flight instead. So no multi-mode there. Sorry guys, but Google Maps does better just now.
I give 4 stars only because the cancellation was not working for me when i wanted to cancel a ticket inside the allowed time (15mins+ before the trip). U was clicking 1-2 hoyrs before but it was showing errors and couldnt cancel it. I ran and eventually i caught it and all goood.
Great the fact that you can COMPARE FLIGHTS , BOATS , TRAINS , and BUSSES. But still, on Skyscanner I find better deals for flights and on an Estonian website I have better prices for ferries. But I definitely find the LOWEST PRICES for Italian TRAINS, especially if you choose a RETURN ticket. FEATURE REQUEST: Please INTEGRATE BLABLACAR.
Extra bad experience. I booked a ticket with a price of about 87 euros, and I made a mistake in the date, and I wanted to change the date or cancel my ticket, but I could not. I also called Oimo customer service and they couldn't do anything about this and I lost the 87 euros like a drope of water in ocean. It's a SHAME
booked from Hartford to London. on the day the first train was delayed by up to 44 mins and the app showed no delay.. we had to drive to the second station crewe and when we artived the app showed the connection on the wrong platform which meant we nearly missed the delayed connection.. the main train to London left 30 minutes late and none of this ever showed on the app so beware of any updates on trains as the app is likely not going to show.. it was my first time to use the app so not good...

This app is the most useless app on Google play store. There were changes to my train ticket, and i wasn't notified, they didn't even bother to update the time for me. Now, I'm stuck at the train station, hoping for a miracle. I advise you not to use this app if you're serious about your travel, because they do not take travelling seriously.
This app is the BEST find for being able to easily book travel around France. I was easily able to book trains, busses and even planes to help Best plan my trip around France. Shows the cheapest and fastest routes which is great for a budget traveler.
The most pathetic app, pathetic service. Absolutely poor experience booking, paying and customer service. If you must book a ticket use the train companies platform to book. They take a service charge for Absolutely no service. The app is probably the worst designed app I have ever ever used. Nothing is easy to find.

The ticket doesn't tell you the platform your train will be on. I missed my switch train because of this. Not to mention the train I was on before I had to switch stopped several minutes after Omio said it would, giving me a very very short window to do the switch. Overall bad experience for my first time ever taking a train.
I really love this application. I was able to book all my tickets when I was in my country. It's user friendly you can compare prices of train, bus and flights. I will be more happy if I get more option. For example I noticed that in my French friends applications they make so many options so book and sometimes they are so cheap.
