GoFan

It's AWFUL. Used this to buy tix for my nephew's game and it freezes when I try to open the ticket. I finally got it open once but got a very confusing message about "validating." Never found a way to download the tickets. It's hours before the game and I still CANNOT open the tickets. I will likely have to pay again to get in.

A little frustrating. Tried to buy all sport season pass after choosing my school. Attempted to complete purchase and declined card 2 times. Logged in on my wife's iPhone and had much better luck. Android app didn't ask for family names but ios app did. Was able to complete purchase with no issue. Now I am not able to access my tickets in app.my school is not remembered. I get spinning circle when I try to open my tickets. I hope it all gets worked out before games start.

The Android GoFan app is no longer supported, according to a post from them on their Facebook page. Their suggestion is to create a shortcut to their GoFan webpage and place the shortcut on your phone's screen for quick access. Hey GoFan, it would be a really *GOOD* idea to update the app description in the play store so when users find it they will know this. It might, just might, also be a good idea to post something on the main page of your website also stating this.

Extremely bad experience! I used this app last year, but when I downloaded onto my new Android phone, it doesn't even show any events coming up, doesn't search for schools, doesn't work at all! Would give less than 1 star if I could. Not everyone uses Iphone!

The app does not work. it constantly tries to load and when you open the app it says that a critical update needs to be installed but there's no option to do so the app needs to be fixed and should be deleted from the app store until it actually works.

I cannot purchase the season pass. It tells me I need to enter additional information. I completed the required fields and the submit button is still disabled.

Works when it wants to. Click oh tickets and most times you just see a never ending spinning circle. If you click home then tickets again, sometimes it shows you your purchased tickets.

If you cant sign in on the app with Facebook, why make it an option? I've tried multiple times. It keeps taking me out of app to sign in, but it doesn't login the app. You only use mobile tickets, but I can't even access them on my phone.

I cannot tell you how bad the experience with this app and website is. The profanity filter simply won't allow it. Negative 3 stars. It almost never works and when it does it leaves you wondering if you bought what you intended.

Awesome. Most of these bad reviews can all be avoided with screen shots or better devices. Never had a problem.

Terrible UX. I linked this with my Facebook account and now it only lets me sign in to a web version of the app and I can't access a family pass of tickets purchased. I'm astonished at how poorly designed this app is.

Buggy, very slow, very unreliable. This app is atrocious at the state it's in. I have seen alpha releases of apps that were of higher quality. GoFan is garbage.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The app keeps saying "cannot connect to the fireball server." My other co-workers are trying as well and are getting the same message.

The app used to work adequately but now it's broken. When I start it up it says that an update is required but there is none available in the Play Store.

If I could give you all negative stars, I definitely would! I feel like the developer is discriminating against android users. Not everyone has or likes Apple/iOS. Please update your system for Android users. No I do not want to create a shortcut. The GoFan app was just fine for iOS and Android users.

Buggy and slow i didnt get into dance until an hour before it ended because ticket counter was having trouble with app. Paper and cash are the way to go

The website works fine, and I have used the app before, but for some reason this time I couldn't get anything at all to load and it wouldn't even search a school.

Poor app. Just made an account and the app states I have to download an update before I can use it. There is no update and I just bought 5 tickets for a game thats tomorrow! Not imoressed

just bought tickets online, but the app has been saying "can't contact server" for 2 days, and they don't give an option To print from home

Bought tickets through the computer. Tried to login on the mobile app to access tickets but getting an SDK error but no way to resolve it?! 👎🏼

This is the most stupid app that I have ever used! The process is dumb online as well! Whoever invented this needs to never make another app in their life! And the people at the schools who thought this was a good idea to use it need to be slapped! I hate that I HAVE to put a star up there to even post this review!

Good idea but app is non-responsive. Says it is installed but it is not. All you get is the revolving circle.

This app is frustrating and doesn't show your tickets when you purchase them....often doesn't show the game at all

I cannot get my family pass to work or show on the app. Credit card was charged but nothing is working.
