Not very user friendly and doesn't seem to be oriented to the end user that it's designed for. I find myself using Homesnap more often than that a because it's WORLDS better in ease of use, how information is presented and consistency.

used to be fantastic and my go-to. But then they remove the status option. You can't look for pending, you can't look for sold history, only active. those options are what put this app Above All Else But now without those options, there's much better apps that people can use

if I'm looking at a listing, there's the word "more" to let me expand the description. But it doesn't work. i think it used to work, but maybe an update created a problem. Using an unlocked moto g6 play.

It's difficult to figure out how to access filters. A lot of missing listings.

As a Realtor this is a necessity, and while it has some kinks but none of them terrible. I'm giving it time to improve a bit.

For quick access to active listings its a great tool! I really like the photos but I dont understand why properties w/o photos are listed on the app....

Using my tablet with the FMLS app gives me quick access to the information I need on the spot when I am analyzing a neighborhood or a property.

This app is great.

Works well, minimal bugs, and gets the basics over to clients quickly and simple. No problem to navigate at all.

Great app, way more listings than Zillow and Trulia. I wish it had more features like street view and better searches.
