GoFormz has enabled our team to have all the required health and safety forms and information at their fingertips. Trenton was extremely helpful and has made it simple for a novice user to do the set up and create automations. This has saved us considerable time and removed any chance of data being missed. We continue to develop our uses of the system, which seem endless
It's good. Easy to use and they try to make improvements to the platform pretty often. They are willing to make integrations with other tools. Billing is weird, since there isn't like a set rate per license, it sorta depends on how many you get ( if you are enterprise). Other than that is a good app. Alex Rennie is my account manager. Very good guy, always looking for things to improve.
Freezes, won't sync, suddenly closes, loses and deletes data and reports... Can't duplicate cells when they are the same everyday (no save as function). Does not work offline once a form has been download. Completed forms are not displayed under completed tab. Worst form app ever for doing reports. Get excel instead.
Great application and great software. We use it to conduct planned maintenance jobs across the world, it gives us much better consistency and accurate reporting. So much can be done within the software. Very happy with it all. Great support always available. Highly recommended. Our account manager Harry Orfanos is always on hand to help and make recommendations where needed. A massive thank you Harry from the team.
Good user interface. Clear presentation of form formats and form options. Easy as click to download whatever form you are looking for. Shout out to Alex Rennie and the team for providing a great document platform.
GoFormz has been an amazing platform for my company! We have been able to stream line our sales forms in a way that makes it easier for the sales team as well as the office. Being able to utilize conditional formatting, updating a data source and auto generated emails has been a game changer! Harry Orfanos and Alexis Brustad have been an amazing support for us as well as the online tech support. SGI Heating and Cooling highly recommend this product!

Way too expensive at 30/month per user and terrible user interface, not very intuitive, pointless trial functionality and features, no ability to place logic on form fields
This does not even let me do it! When i press start your free account, it always says either that there was an error, or that it was unavailable, please try again later. This might be because i am using an android, but then again maybe not.
I love the functionality of the GoFormz system. We have been integrating more and more functions in to our account and it has greatly increased the usefulness of our data and the ease of use for many users. Alex Rennie has been a great resource for us, and has been very helpful in rolling out new features to our field users.
Goformz is great. It's been wonderful for our workplace and really allowed us to optimize our data collection and workflows. The account managers are also really helpful (ours is Trent).
This app has become even more essential during the pandemic with my work. It has been very easy to use and they provide great support.
Great app for going paperless. Simply scan any pdf and use app to fill pretty much what ever items you need Inc signatures, pics etc.

App keeps crashing a lot when you already have data in the form. Please fix.
Constantly crashes..slow to load and won't accept certain pictures.
It's an app I use for work but it keeps freezing CONSTANTLY and backing me out of the app. Its irritating

Some one hacked into mine had to reset password and now it's a different format SMH....
Very useful for addressing pdf forms that get filled in.
Excellent tool. Easy way to build, fill out, submit, and deliver reports. Keeps administrators up to date on field activities. Password used as digital signature to make reports official. Very customizable. Network is constantly overwhelmed by volume of usage... this results in being booted from the app and making it necessary to re-enter app. It's usually a minor inconvenience, but can be frustrating.
