Very Poor service and customer support! Don't ever try this courier. Tama yung ibang nagrate dito, they will give a contact number of the rider who will pickup your item but I think it doen't exist at all. We tried to contact the number but it's out of reach, alwaya. I've waited for days but they never pickup my item, even call/text from the rider? nothing, then they will put "unsuccessful delivery, item is not available for pickup. It really sucks! Worst courier I've ever encountered.
I already paid the shipping fee amounting to 120 pesos via gcash wallet. I waited all day but the rider never failed. The rider did not even contact me until I got notified that the pick up failed due to address issue. The saddest thing was that I was unable to get my refund. The customer service sucks. Only bots! Waste of time. Waste of money. Unreliable courier. From now on, I will not use Gogo Express anymore because it will only take my time and money. NOT RECOMMENDED!
The worst courier ever, the delivery person did not even attempt to deliver our parcel. Tracking shows consignee unavailable but the address provided is a store it will never be closed. No text or call from them. I contact customer service by chat, fb or email and no response at all
I haven't use the app yet because I already sent them an email. I was gonna use it for optional purpose. But their customer service is excellent. After a day, they immediately sent me a text regarding the courier's contact. Not only that but the courier was also extremely kind! Good job on hiring such a friendly rider, it was my first time returning an item through pick-up and GoGo Express didn't disappoint me. However, you need to work on your Messenger, I tried chatting their but it was bad.
GoGo cheats about their Shipping Fees. Sometimes the actual is lower than what's on their SF Calculator. This is actually not a good thing. I recon they do this to make it appear that their vouchers work. Not recommended if you run a business and check for their SF using their app prior to making your bookings. You will end up paying more than what you collected from your customers since their SF fluctuates greatly. Happened to me many times. Low when I check, then back to regular when I book.
We received a message from one of our customers in shopee that our item is broken (totally unusable). She sent us photos as proof. We carefully, METICULOUSLY pack our items in bubble wrap. There's fragile tape all over our box. It's also in the product description and waybill. Unless mishandled, it would be very hard to damage the product. The customer asked the rider if they could open the box before the rider left. But he refused. We have used other couriers before and this has never happened
My pick up order has been cancelled multiple times :'( The first time is understandable due to bad weather but the second and third one is unacceptable (no attempt)! The mobile numbers provided in their SMS notifications cannot be reached. I can't even cancel. I have to wait for another failed attempt. If I can give zero stars, I would.
No cancel button!! Only the riders can cancel your transaction once you've talked to them. Riders are all nice, though. But the app, it's horrible!
Super love this app! Easy to navigate and I like how all information are easily presented to the user. It notifies both sender and recipient in a timely manner. So far, all transaction I had were on time if not earlier pa. Plus having a COD option is a super thumbs up for a seller like me. Area to improve: if we can lessen the days of posting payment for COD transaction.
I book for my order and pay 80 pesos using my gcash wallet. The 80 pesos was deducted from my gcash and the pick-up of the items said tomorrow. When tomorrow comes, it notifies me that the item is not ready for pick-up and shows photo that is not in the location. After few days my booking is cancelled without doing refund for the 80 pesos charge.
If you are receiving from Cebu, don't use this app. The riders don't deliver your package even if you waited and the app will say it was not deliver because you, the consignee, was unavailable.
Very annoying delivery app. The riders pass me to another driver and they do not acknowledge my booking, though their contacts notified me for updates. They keep hanging me up. We discussed about the picking up of my items took too long, and tranfer me to another driver without my consent, and still, nobody pickep up my items. Very horrible experience.
App UI lacks important feedback features. The booking and tracking systems are useless since the app and the text notifications would say the driver is on pick up but no update on contact details or location tracking. I booked twice and was connected to 4 different riders all with unreachable mobile numbers. I waited for 7 hours but the rider that arrived was not listed in the app. No cancel feature or button on booking unless failed transaction which was a problem since last year.
Terrible customer service. They don't care about their customer. When my shipment was about to be given to me I was asked to pay more but I did not accept this and so the courier took back the shipment. The shipment had a different billing fee from my app and the courier's app. I emailed this concern and they did not address my concern and just told me that the shipment will be returned back.
Their FAQ says booking can be canceled before 12mn of booking day, but there was no cancel button. Their reps said cancelation should be before 2pm and it couldn't be canceled otherwise. This is NOT in their FAQs! I booked 1:51pm so there was just no chance to cancel before 2pm. They said that I'd just have to inform the rider that the transaction is canceled even if there's ample time to cancel. So they wanted to waste both mine and the rider's time and money. Disgusting.
Just shows white screen when I click book delivery. Tried restarting several times to no avail.
I really love the hassle free service but for the app, is it possible to have the fee and if it will be paid by the receiver or sender shown in the transactions tab (without clicking each booking) as it will be easier for senders to compute how much will they give to the riders. And another improvement that can be made is when clicking each booking, it will be better if it wont go back to the top every time we go back to the summary of bookings. I hope the team can consider these improvements ๐
great service, provides waybill but lately riders who pick up the parcels doesn't have pouch.
I think what would be best is that even though what's booked is smalle, medium, or large, riders will be prepared if ever the package can't fit in their pouches. It so much hassle when we need to rebook. Rebooking and pick up takes an entire day at the least.
This is horrible no response from customer service, im still waiting on their char service but still no response i can't claim my earning , please fix this issues
Limited address that can be stored- very hassle to keep on placing details over and over again!
whenever i click the book a delivery option my phone will glitch and cant open the app, fix this btches
The best delivery service app there is. Easy to use and with affordable rates and friendly riders. My only "complaint" is that I have to enter the addresses again and again. I hope there is a way to store frequently used addresses or to allow the users to create a new booking copying the shipping details from an old transaction to avoid entering the details again manually. Overall I love this app. Keep up the good work!
I hope there's a cancel button, or edit address maybe if there's any changes needed or errors entered. And a feature where you can save customer's details specially if it's being used many times it will save us time in filling up the form. :) All in all this is a good app. Very convenient and helpful to small businesses.
Unprofessional riders! Delay for pick up! No customer service available to attend concerns. Will not be using the service anymore and switching to JNT.
Cheapest shipping rate I've encountered so far. Also, outstanding delivery service plus its very easy to use. As for improvement, I'm not sure if the app can do it but I hope the app can save multiple sender address (since our shop has different locations) so I don't have to retype it again and again when there are order.s
Easy to use. However there is no option for the user to rate the experience. Especially the delivery part. It needs to have one so the company will know how can they improve their service.
I hope there's an option where we could save the receivers' addresses so we don't have to type it all over again when there's a repeat delivery on the same address.
I received my package today and it's a mess. It was wet due to rains. The box was deformed even the box inside. The sender sent a picture of the box before it was shipped and it came completely deformed! Sooooo disappointed! Your rates are damn expensive yet you can't protect our items?
If I can rate with 0 star. I scheduled a pick up items for several times but they (riders) cancelled all of it for the reason of Item is Unavailable for Pick Up. I'm so mad and disappointed with the service. Riders don't even contacted me they just labeled unavailable. Unbelievable reasons.
