Very Poor app. My daughter received this watch for Christmas and was excited. She also got her first phone. We loaded app on to phone and paired. It synced, a little slowly but it worked. Two weeks after Christmas, it didn't sync. We unpaired. It wouldn't repair. Deleted and reinstalled app, cleared bluetooth cache, cleared phone cache. Nothing. I downloaded to my phone and it all synced but it does take about 3 mins. Since then it has been hit and miss. Tried daughter's phone still can't pair.

started off great, but i hadnt worn the tracker for a while and it will no longer pair with the app. tried clearing Bluetooth cache, uninstalled app and reinstalled, reset the tracker. so now it does nothing. I can pair with my device direct by Bluetooth (comes up as Large OLED) but cannot pair wit the app. PLEASE FIX otherwise it's just a digital watch with the wrong time!!

The information contained in the appliance no longer pairs with the app. This is since Saturday 27th June. Has worked perfectly for over a year and just stopped abruptly. I have turned everything off and on again. I uninstalled the app and then re-installed it. All to no avail. What next?

Installed the app on the 20th of July and it worked perfectly until the 3rd of August and has failed to work since. It is definitely still paired with my phone so no idea why it has stopped working. MANUFACTURES SORT OUT YOUR APP! It is not fit for purpose at the moment.

Seemed like a reasonable product at first but it doesn't connect with the app well at all. There is no way of asking it to sync with the app. It has been 5 days now and I am still waiting. The front is already scratched more than I would have expected. I am deeply disappointed. I would have preferred to have given it no stars at all. There are no in depth instructions beyond the tiny booklet and no one else seems to have one of these. Now I know why.

Tried a dozen times to pair devices. Not sure if App or device. Very disappointed. UPDATE Tried another half dozen times. Going to returning device at the weekend. No point having a product when the app will not allow me to pair and amend settings such as time and date . USELESS.

Absolute joke of an app. It paired to my phone for all of 3 days then it un paired itself and i can't get it to pair again, i have tried for 2 days now and have given up. In the 3 days it was paired it slowed down my mobile, it closed various apps and just reeked havoc with my phone... The tracker device itself is great but not really a lot of use without the app 🙄 JUST RUBBISH

It took ages to sync app with band. The app crashes constantly. Sleep doesnt show on the app at all. The app doesnt accurately register what the tracker records. Very dissappointed. Please update this app.

Worked great dmgir a few weeks now the tracker appears to be paired but the app just stopped working. It doesn't record info and now when I try to check settings on the app the app turns off. I have uninstalled it and tried again but nothing.

Terrible app, DOES NOT PAIR with the band no matter what you do. Tried turning band off and on, Bluetooth off and on, clearing cache, clearing data, it's not too far away, it just DOES NOT WORK. Total waste of my son's Christmas money, disappointment is an understatement.

Even though it was still paired, it stopped transmitting data after 3 days. Steps were higher than reality. I unpaired to try and reset data now it won't pair again. I got the watch as a gift but the app is terrible

Stopped working after 2 weeks so tried uninstalling and trying again, reset the gogi to factory settings and again still not working, looking on the bright side it will still count your steps which makes it an expensive step counter. Sort it out please!

Installed app on mine and my wifes phones for each of our devices and within a day the app on both phones were crashing constantly its rubbish paired easily at start but just doesn't work very disappointing.

Easily scratched.So can't return despite being in warrantee.App updates slowly only if you open it, despite being paired all the time.Has recently stopped pairing after phone software update but paired with tablet easily.

This way overestimates the step count. Tried adjusting the settings but nothing makes any difference. Then one day I'd done over 7000 steps and the next day when I looked back it said I'd only done 85 steps. Ridiculous.

had two of these fit bit .first one packed in after two weeks .got it changed and the second one had gone the same .could not connect to app stopped working . absolute waste of money .

App won't pair with device, I have another fitness tracker (different make) which paired with no issues. I will be returning this device for a refund.
