I really don't understand why the new app interface use is unfriendly. Even with saved places, I still have to put phone number everytime I have a delivery. Kindly revert to the old way of having saved contact with phone number and addresses. P.S don't refer me to any mail to make a compliaint, you're seeing it here, kindly make the needful adjustments. Gokada works, it's quick and affordable. Would be great to have card payment as an option though. Riders, on arrival, often ask me to cancel trips and do new requests because they want to know if it'll pay them... I ignore these requests and, I think this should be addressed. Riders rely on passengers for directions because their phones are in their pockets while they ride and so cannot view navigation cues... Having holders/stands attached to the bike could help.

Good service from gokada. its been a lifesaver to avoid traffic.. However Some riders are on verge of ruining this progress by not responding to calls ,then immediately using their second personal phones to call back clients with the aim of running offline trips which makes them overcharge for personal gains. Also allow both users and drivers to see trip prices.

The essence of an upgrade is to have a better and seamless interface between the user and the app. The app has become unnecessary complicated and unfriendly to use. The latter version was easier to navigate and use. This doesn't work fine.

I have been consistently frustrated and disappointed in Gokada service. My requests never gets assigned if it is NGN600, when it does, drama. The "pilot" either claims to be far away and cancels or something more disappointing. The app itself works, my 1 star rating is for the debit function, very efficient. I have one refund that still hasn't been processed, but i'll move on....Uninstalling...

Terrible. Using this app was simply frustrating. I can't select card options for my delivery payment. I can't remove a card I added. The UI is confusing moving back and forth from the dashboard to the login screen. Overall, I just couldn't deal

Terrible! I'll give below one star if I can. You do not discontinue a working app satisfying customer needs only to have one that is not functional. Except you're planning to go out of business of course. I've been unable to log in and no email was sent to my address despite clicking Forgot Password multiple times. Please fix up.

There was really no reason to update/upgrade to a new app. The old one qas working just fine. This new app is so frustrating. I can't even log in to request for rides and I have been attempting this for 30mins now. You should have waited to certify the upgrade was fully functional before FORCING it on us. At least give a few weeks for people to be accustomed to it before taking down the old one completely. You're going to lose customers!

Used the delivery service for the first time and I was impressed with the speed and confirmation of pick up and item delivery. The use of OTP to authenticate the pickup is a professional touch. Green and black gear makes it easy to identify the rider. Keep it up!

this app is trash. I have downloaded it 3 times on my Samsung, I was only able to use it once then it crashed. since then for the remaining 2 downloads, it just crashes once it is installed. then I downloaded it on my tecno but I was only able to use it once before it crashed. every other download after that time kept sending the same error message as the Samsung "unfortunately, gokada has stopped working".

I've had this app for months now and I've only used it thrice. Why? because I was only able to get drivers those two times. your drivers turn off their app and when you meet them one on one they prefer to carry you unofficially and request for more money. This is a steady habit and it is very irritating. They deliberately just park with other unregistered bikers and refuse to use the app or carry you under the gokada name. Please fix this or help us employ competent drivers. Thank you.

You guys really have a lot of work to do. I was disappointed today to learn that your time off did nothing to improve your service. I took a ride and upon arriving at my destination, the trip for whatever reason wouldn't end. We tried everything and after waiting over 10 minutes I had to pay 500 naira for a trip that ordinarily shouldn' cost more than 300 naira. At the end of the day, my trip had to be cancelled. I'm uninstalling the app after this. Hopefully you are able to sort out your issues

Please is there a way sort of optimization or the app with some Samsung devices? And can you get more drivers on, and in different axes? A person can search for a bike for 30 minutes to 1 hour with no luck. its really frustrating when you expect something to save you from the craziness of traffic

The app is so useless. The whole essence of the app is to be able to avoid the traffic, yet you can't even get through to your rider. I requested for a ride and when I called the number, it was unreachable. I had to cancel and request for another one. The app said the rider was 12 mins away. When I called, the rider said he was already on the mainland (I was on the island when i requested). So why on earth was the app saying 12 mins away. I canceled and requested another ride but no response!

The fact that your riders keep declining short distance trips is quite unfair. Started using the app and was fine. No E-payment but it was okay. Until the day a heavily pregnant customer who lived close made an order to help a close friend prepare a cake, no one picked the order until i had to get customer care involved. Props to the customer care section. Very efficient. I love the app but the riders need a re oreintation

This is a good app but 99% of your drivers are reaping you off as my last experience I swore I won't use a gokada if the driver cancels it. I have got feedback from a lot of people. Everything is wrong with your riders. It's a pity. They just use your okada to make money for themselves and it was a mess the last time I used your platform as we had a heavy clash on arrival

I believe there is a need for round triping option on the app Great service for my quick bike rides. Most ikeja bikers have the habit of charging you more than the app calculate or even doing manual negotiations outside the app. Ikeja computer village environs majorly.

Why do you run a riding App and you can't reach the riders. At every point I depend on go kada it has failed. The riders NEVER PICK their calls. You will call a million times and no one will pick. Often, I just result to the usual Okada or if you are lucky you will find a go kada coming empty and you just flag it down. Let the riders be hooked to a head set or Bluetooth piece where they can convenient pick calls and answer requests. Pls improve on this.

I dont understand this app, after calling over 5 riders, they never ever pick up even when you call repeatedly, Then the ones that pick are not even close to you. I called one today from ilasa bustop who picked and said he was at ikeja, how is that even close to me. I don't understand the app at all, the riders never ever pick and app directs you to a rider that is far away from you. Tried you guys different times and all failed, it always a mistake installing the app everytime on my phone.

The app does not allow me to cancel a trip. I was assigned a bike and when i called him he told me he's too far. However, the app showed that the trip had started. There was no way to cancel the trip and request a new one.
