Dont know how this app has 4.0...frustrating as H*LL! Trouble signing on, always...blank screen. Nothing. Whats the point? Cant check my balance..or deposits.... :(
Signed up for Instant balance 5x. Worked Once. Keeps Saying, sign up, sign up, sign up. 😝 And why is it requiring 2nd security stuff? 🧐
I wish GCFCU would build once and for all an App which works. I have or had Apps with 15+ other Financial Institutions but never as many Problems.
Super eazy to check accounts & instant transfers between them.
The app is not working on the galaxy s22+ and ultra Android phones. It gets stuck on the main page or not work at all super inconvenient. I have to call the bank to get my account balance when everything should be at my finger tips... please bring back the old app without bugs or fix and update this one.
Can't log on. App LOST my deposit This is one of the most frustrating apps I've ever used. It is to the point where I regret signing up for this Union. I deposited a check through the app and it was never deposited! I find out months later after no email, letter, app notification or text!? What's the point? I get slammed with fees because the check that the app told me was successfully deposited never went through. FROM A MILLENIAL. AVOID. AVOID AVOID.

I love the new app. It is very easy to use. I have not any problems doing my banking on line. In fact it is better than waiting until the next day to make sure you have enough to cover any tranactions and having to pay unnecessary fees.
This app is mostly OK, the only thing that's REALLY frustrating is that it keeps locking me out, I was told it will do this if their system is down, or under maintenance at the time. But there's no way to know when the system is down. Could y'all please fix this? Thank you

This is the most frustrating app I've ever seen in my life full of bugs as soon as I try to open it it tells me that there's no network connectivity,, when I know for a fact there is.. The developer of this app should SHOOT HIMSELF AND AND GET HIS MONEY BACK FROM WHATEVER CRAPPY SCHOOL HE WENT TO...... HE COULDN'T DEVELOP AN APP IF HIS LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!!!!
This app Sssuuuuxxxx! Never opens. Always down for maintenance. I HATE IT! It SUX, SUX, SUX!!! December 2020 and this app STILL SUX! never EVER opens. It just SSSSUUUUXXX! FIX IT! UPDATE: STILL SUCKS! Someone please fire this designer and get a new one! Always under maintenance. Can't log in 1st time EVER! I live 3 hours from the closest GCFCU and have been with them 32 years.... loyalty isn't paying off. My mobile deposits are constantly rejected..... c'mon GCFCU, don't make me go USAA!
Fingerprint option no longer works. It directs me to turn it on each time I open the app. I turn it on and it does the same thing each time.
It looks nice. I haven't used it so I don't really know how good it is.
This app will not open - violation of security policy on Galaxy S20
It fails often. I get locked out of access and have to call the bank to get access again.
this is the worst app I've ever used, I've been a customer of gcfcu for over 15 yrs but somehow they cant verify my account and try calling the not so helpful members line, good thing they have the same hrs as my job so I can spend all day on hold, probably cause everyone who tries to use the app is calling to get their accounts reset.
I will say this gcfcu App is easily monitored and makes transitions easier, I'm loving it..well put together I recommend it.

First time user. Seems to work great for me. Update::::So I've been using this app for a while. Instance balance doesn't work so well.
This is the greatest bank an credit union i had it for about 33 years with the palm beach co. School board always been so nice an great to do business with thanks to all.
Worked on my old phone but since getting my S22 can not open.
My experience with this app helped me out well the only problem is that sometimes I can't get on.itll tell me not right now r sum otha B's.but yeah every fone I get I put this app on it asap

Can never get this app to work. I went to the credit union and they couldn't get it to work so I have not been able to use it
Trying to iunderstand my bal. And fee, I could not but transfer was very smooth.
This app isn't working for me it's keep logging me out. Very frustrating!
A convenient app while traveling.
Blows my mind how many times online banking doesn't work with this Bank. Also, when the website is down, how hard would it be to put a notification at the login screen instead of having to call, wait on hold, to get told it's down. Such waste of time and it happens too often.
