Horrible, unusable app. You have to sign in with Samsung pass amd make a pin code and finger print scan to start app and still doesn't work. We use a lot of food apps. This is the hardest, most useless app. Been trying for the last few hours to open it. Doesn't work. Probably a hackers app to gain access to your phones info.
this is the stupidest a app I have ever seen. I went to create a username and password now it's telling me my username and password is incorrect I tried to reset my password with the email and it's telling me there is no account under this email. I uninstall the program and reinstalled and is still doing the same thing I can't even get into it
stupid app won't let you use it without login in, it says to leave the fields blank if you dont want to use auto login but it just keeps glitching and asking for you to log in, it doesn't even give you an option to sign up.
It would be nice if you could even get into the stupid app, but there's so way to join. It just keeps asking for user name and password but since you can't join that won't work. What a crappy app. As much as LJS charges for food you would think they could afford a tech to fix this.
if I could give it a 0 I would. can't use this ap at all. asks for login but has no way to set up an acct. also I don't want to log in just to decide what my family wants to order before we go! deleting and going to eat somewhere else!
Couldn't get app to work because it requires a username and password right from the start. It doesn't even give you the choice to create one. Ridiculous!
This helps a lot with time management. I can do my training at home instead of trying to do a little at a time between rushes. Also wish people learn to read. It is for employees only. There is no reason the rating should be so low.
This app won't let you create a new user account the first time you open it. So I just allowed them access to my info and can't get in the app at all. I'm going to settings to disallow this app access.
prompts you to log in, but there is no way to create an account. i guess it's for people who WORK at LJS, app and search results should make that more clear if you want good ratings.
could not use mobile app. The app was locked behind two different login windows, neither of which gave the option to create a new account.
It won't even let me do anything. First thing it asked was login credentials. I've never used it before so obviously I can't login to it. There's no option to set up a new account either. Good luck with this waste of money
Same problem as the rest of these reviews...no way to log in! Just saw in the last part of description that this app is for employees only. That should be made more clear and it should be in the name of the app so customers don't continue downloading this app like any other restaurant app!
Terrible, waste of time. Must login, no other option was available. Don't have login, app useless since I can' t create login.
login is terrible. Tells you you can leave blank and not use auto log-in, but then it doesn't let you do that.

This app sucks ass. I tried to register and it kept asking for a user name and password. I like LJs and for me not to be able to use their app is very disappointing.
Why is this app available to the public? After several times of trying to get a login & password, I noted it is a business/employee app only. NOT A RESTAURANT APP.

can't log 9n with app. The 4 digit code puts you in a loop. poorly designed app.

dont waste time cant even log in, first thing it does is ask gf or log in but you can not create an account to log in!
It is a very sorry app like their service here in Tampa Florida on East Fowler Avenue there are very slow

This is probably the worse app i have ever TRIED to use. It doesn't give u the option to m as ke a new account. If i try to sign in it says no such account exists. if you click, forgot password, It says no such account exists. so, badically the app just got the authorization to see and use all my information including, photos,microphone,messaging but, won't allow me to even log in to see what is on the menu or anything else. so, The app is totally useless. very disappointing.
