Gold Live! Widget

Same issues as below comment. Easily give this a 5 star because it allows different currency's to he selected, it's functional and customisable and how it presents the info (best in class) but this app no longer functions (tried on a number of different phones and versions of android). Shouldn't be this difficult to get a functional widget to do such a simple task. Very disappointed!

I used this daily until I got a new phone & installed the new app. The instructions for the widget don't work on Android. There's no way to put the info for the widget, so it just shows up blank. I had to go back to using the "legacy" kitco app, which works just fine, and gives you the ability to choose the info on the widget, and not just a blank widget.

I just updated to a new phone running Android 12. All widget options work except silver! The app thinks silver already exists so it wont let me create a widget with silver price. The developer says they are no longer doing updates on this app version. I guess all good things do come to an end.

Widget won't load. Just stuck on "Loading". I've tried refreshing, re-installing, and updating my phone and restarting. Still won't work. Disappointed since this is a cool idea.

After last update in August, the widget crashes multiple times daily. This problem was reported in August, but it still hasn't been fixed by the end of October. They had their chance... Time to move on to another gold widget... Samsung S7... Updated Android software

New widget updates with far greater reliability and never crashes but it WASTES SO MUCH SCREEN REAL ESTATE! So many good pixels unable to do anything useful. With the old 2x1 format i could have 10 widgets on a dedicated investment screen, now with 2x2 I can only have 4 :(

When it works its useful, having it as a widget. But basically never auto refreshed, was always stuck on "loading". sometimes manually refreshing worked, but sometimes it didnt.. I wish it worked better than it did, but decided to uninstall cuz of it.

I had a problem with the widget not updating automatically. The latest update has fixed the issue. Thanks! The +/- change is reported for the last 10 minutes, so it is not useful for long-term holders or day traders.

Usually it was great, but I've just changed my cellphone and I can't configure the widget to show the values in grams! I can configure it to show in ouces, but when I change the values to grams the widget just vanishes... Hope that you guys can fix it, I've gotten usued to rely on this app!!!

Works good but blocks you from having multiplewidgets which causes issues when it's thinks there's one already on the home screen and there's not. Works well... when it actually works.

Just got a new phone with Android 9 and the widgets wouldn't place. Upgraded to the beta version of Android 10 and they work again! However...now the widgets are 3X2 when they used to be 2X1 on my old device. Damn near takes up half the screen for one widget!

Keeps me up to date on silver prices. I also have the update issue, However if you click on the icon and click on update it updates. Takes 2 seconds. Yes it should automatically.

This widget app hasn't got formatting sorted out yet. Text at top and bottom is cut in half. Size not adjustable, hence it does not lend itself to user customization to fit on different size.and different ratio screens

Been using this for years, but for some reason I cannot get gold widget to display in ounces. Says that widget is already installed. Its not; I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. Note 9 running oreo

it was not appearing in home screen when i upgraded to note 9 but i tried to add it again after cleaning data from application info-storage and it's working perfectly now.

Doesn't run at all on my G3. Just closes when you hit the Agree button. So it is NOT compatible with all Android devices as claimed. Pity!!!!

I have loved this app for years. But the latest version keeps crashing within 1 second of loading so i have had to uninstall it.

It fix the bug of not auto refresh the price. But there is a problem with the price. For example kitco price is way off from NY future price. I wonder what kitco price is base on?

Cannot access the app. upon downloading you are instructed to open the apps launcher and select the 'widgets tab' and so on. should just be able to use the app after downloading it. I do not reccomend this app

used to work great, now it says no connection and won't update prices. data to phone is strong but app can't connect anymore. tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no change.

This is a great app but it's gone from 1x2 to a 2x2 format and hogs too much of my screen (running on Android). Please fix!

The widget worked as designed for years, but in Fall 2018, stopped working. I uninstalled.

outdated, no customization, doesn't update many times. no minimalist design either.

In my mobile I can add only one widget.i need multiple widgets.please update the version.my previous mobile I can add multiple commodity.but now I can add onlyone . please fix this issue.my previous version is Android 6.but now I use Android 10
