I hate this APP! Every other month I get logged out and have to reset my password and that always is a luck of the draw if I'm able to do it. Can't call no IT help or customer service either. Just have to figure it out and get lucky I guess. I don't get why their updates make the app reset my info.

at first I thought this was a glitch but now I'm sure it's just a feature of the app. Everytime I pay my bill either through autopay or manual the app it charges twice and one charge comes back. My last transaction was late,my fault, but I got it together and when I went to pay I only had the exact amount for the bill in my account. Well it took the money then said my card was declined because it couldn't pull the second charge out. Now it is saying I haven't paid even though the money is gone.

Can't use the app since the new update. It's asking for a brand code and no one at, the gym knows what that is. Had to find my old bar code to be able to check in at the gym. Email to contact developer doesn't work.

This app is a disaster on Android (Pixel 2 phone). Cant link to my account, can't change profile, stuck with old barcode, map doesn't work, uninstalled and reinstalled, etc. I've run into nothing but error messages and links to sign up for classes I don't want. To be fair to the app, the management at my gym is very poor and I wouldn't be shocked if they were part of the problem, but either way, damn. A terrible experience; recommend waiting a while until they fix the issues.

The app was good until the September 4, 2019, update. The app did not give you the balance of your training sessions. But since the update over half the information buttons kick you out of the program when you touch them. Giving error message to write comment or close app. The check in dates are reversed, you must scroll down to last entry to see if your check in was recorded.

This is EASILY the worst app that I've ever worked with on a regular basis. It's constantly glitching, it forgets your password on a whim, and more recently, it won't let you log in even after sending a reset password link to yourself!! It wouldn't allow me to input a new password at all! This app has had so many problems from the get-go, and I feel like the company just doesn't give a F***!!!

Usually love but this last week it has stopped loading classes and so I can no longer set up my workout schedule. Please fix! I use it sll the time. I was contacted by the app team who looked into and fixed the scheduling problem. The app is now all fixed. I was very impressed with the service Gold's offered and how quickly they responded to my query.

This app is worthless if you can't login! It says my info is incorrect. I hit reset password and get the reset email. Follow the link, change password, but still unable to log in!

I really want to like this app however it isn't good. Everytime i sign out, I can never sign back in. It always says that my password is wrong and then it doesn't let me reset my password. I have to email their helpdesk to send me a new link. Also, there was never a "book now" button on the workout classes so my spot would never be reserved. Has a lot of potential but still needs a lot of work in my opinion.

The new app is good. Its easy to schedule classes and keep up with my workouts. The only feature not working for me is the adding a scheduled workout to the calendar. Its funny how it appears and disappears a minute later on my calendar. But overall I like the app and I use it all the time to schedule Golds Fit classes.

This app does not let you register for classes after the first day without reloading the app. It appears that something is not getting cleared after the first day you register. This was not a problem with the old app.

App was great until it logged me out. Wouldn't recognize my password, did a password reset 4 times but the email did not have a correct link to reset. Now when I try, I don't receive an email. Tried to sign up again, but it shows I have an account already. At least the website works and I can enroll in classes that way.

When they changed the app I can no longer sign in. Trying for 2 months wouldn't recognize my password . Tried to enter a new password. When I get the link to change it says it's changed. Tried to log in and I still can't. Frustrating.

I had an account linked to the app. Didn't use it for a while, forgot the password. Password reset link does not send an email. I can't create a new account because it says I already have one. This app just became totally useless to me. Emailed the developer contact....came back undeliverable.

This is the most pathetic, useless app I've ever used. It's impossible to change my payment method or make a payment. The online version is the exact same. They want their money, but it's ridiculously hard to take care of. Nobody wants to or just can't handle taking payment info or payments at the gym. It has been the same ol for years and years at this place. What a joke! Find somewhere else to spend your hard earned money.

I've been a happy Gold's member since the mid 80's. After covid shutdown & reopening in June, I was booking classes thru app 24 hrs in advance, with no issue. Come December, 2020, I've been unable to use app-when opening, there are bars at bottom to "sign in" or "join now". When I attempt to sign in, it doesn't recognize my username or ID & when I attempt to change password, I receive a totally useless and suspicious link. By the time I call to book, class is already full. Total BS, people!!!!

Signed up for Golds today, they said to get the app so I can scan the barcode to sign in at the gym, when I try to create my account it says the password confirmation "doesn't match". This is not true, I typed it 5 times and it still says it. Guess I need to go back and cancel my account since I can't even sign in to work out, basically my account is worthless because of this app. It's okay, there's an anytime fitness right around the corner that has a working app. Good job Golds!
