I LOVE THIS APP. I've been using it for 3 years I think, maybe more. Literally it's so simple, no ad bloat, I keep the widget on my home screen and as a narcoleptic, seasonal depressive runner I can say there's nothing better than to have an exact breakdown of light by the minute, it'll keep you safe if you're a female runner. wish I could write more, I was gonna make it sentimental lol. I have memories of using it traveling, it helped me see so much of the world before dark w/o anxiety. Donate!
I've been using this app for years to remind me to do the evening chicken chores before they go to bed. Probably not its intended purpose, but it works perfectly for it.

Good app but could be much better. Does what it's supposed to - notifies you of golden hour. A few additions would make this a great app tho such as... - ability to choose a different notification sound for different notification events. - ability to set more than one notification per event (ie. 15 mins before sunset and actual sunset) - add events for the different twilight times so that you can notify for the end of astronomical twilight for astro photographers.
Super easy to navigate and accurate. So glad someone made this. Thank you. I truly use all of the time.
Terrific golden hour indicator! Good visuals, easy to use and I love that I can see the different sun time periods of the day!
I loved this app but now something has changed in the view so that half the screen is a field of orange and you only can view a few lines of time/light at a time, so you have to scroll to see much. I hope that they fix this. It is really unnecessary and irritating.
It seems much more accurate than many sunrise/sunset apps I've used, or written.
I used this regularly to alert of sunset and sunrise and by and large it worked well but after the recent update it's been very unreliable most of the time not providing any notifications. So not so happy now.
This is a useful app, but it would be good to have the paid Plus features without ads, which is currently not an option. Also, the app is not optimized for tablet screens.

Accurate and useful app for quickly looking at the calculated Golden hour in your area. It's been very helpful in timing my photography with the best light possible.
Light, but complete app with time table and map. Took me a while to figure out that the third time listed is the duration of a period.
Tells you when the best light is, the map feature shows the direction of the sunrise and sunset. Does the job and is easy to use.

Stoopid Easy to Use. I keep it close by in my home screen, especially whenever I travel to get good times for photography and hiking.
Yes it's quite good, although I wish you could just point the phone and with the compass it just shows you where the sun will rise/set ? Right now I have to check the degrees and then open the compass app... It would be nice if the app showed you where it's gonna be directly. Also, why not include the moon ? Moon is very important too... 😊
