App used to work fine but, now it takes a while to load a then when you view a page, it freeze up. Goes back to homepage and it does it all over again. It's the latest version too, should've left the old one alone, it worked fine. Just saying.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I had nearly 4000 tier points and a decent amount of comps on my card. I tried to use at a restaurant and they all but disappeared and I received no credit. The IT department has been no help thus far. It's a good thing my host is a stand up guy however as he made things right. This app needs to be scrapped immediately.

I deposited $50 and recieved a $30 bonus. After winning $80, the $30 was taken out of my winning balance. I've contacted customer support several times through chat and over the phone, with no help. It's clearly fraud. Remember to report your concerns to the united states justice department and better business bureau.

I can't even get registered in the freaking app. I have a big difference in service and cleanliness at the Lake Charles location. The customer service on the phone is HORRIBLE and room service and house keeping has very terrible attitudes and personalities.

I have been unable to log into my account. I have been a member for many years. Golden Nugget has allowed me to stay overnight when I needed too. The food and rooms have been complimentary. I enjoy the casino and hotel accomadations. I love the drinks and food. I will visit again very soon. I would like to see more free play added to my account each month.

Casino runs offers to promote this app and again it isn't working? stuck in verification screen?? I've tried reinstalling, adding card number by hand and pin by hand rather than using finger print to sign in. truly at a loss here. Anyone have a clue?

I love this hotel. everything is GREAT EXCEPT, they have no accessible doors to enter the hotel anywhere for the disabled. They need automatic doors at the entrance /exits. the next time I visit, if they don't have automatic doors, I may stay at the Circa hotel. it should be open soon. Every other hotel on Fremont has automatic doors.

This app is junk. It freezes up every time I try to check my offers. I'm forced to close it, then restart, only to have the same thing happen again and again.

You app seems to have died. It's logged me out and i input the correct information and it won't connect. Either says it's down for maintenance or times out completely saying "try again later".

App requieres access to all my phones data and images why? There is absolutely no reason/way I am going to provude this information Privacy Issue. Location I can sort of understand ok. Identity why I still have to sign in so why my identity?

Pretty poor. Doesn't fit properly on screen s10 plus galaxy. Information slow to be updated.

Never loads only 1st time I downloaded the app other than that hasn't worked only white crees with golden Nugget logo appears but nothing else why make an App like this if it's not going to work never.

App used to show offers, but for the past 3 months or so now just says "no offers" even though their website shows many offers via web browser for my account.

I try to log in to the Golden Nugget Casino app it say my email and password is invalid and try over again and it didn't work and why I give a one star rating.

so far so good no issues. gives me balances. but I am not at the casino, so the stems may have had time to refresh.

I can't even get the app to open. It closes the sec I press open & I have the Samsung S11 / 21 Ultra.

After latest update, app will not load and freezes on the Golden Nugget screen. Android Galaxy S9+

Horrible app. Cant log in and book. 24k Premier member i would expect to see my offers and discounted room rates on this app. Ill stick with good ole Caesars Rewards. Wont let me login amd stay logged in.

Will not refresh. You have to uninstall and reinstall to keep up with your points.
