Haven't been able to log in yet. Every attempt to confirm my identity has resulted in a text message that the code is incorrect and then saying I took too long to respond, though I sent the right code immediately. When I chose the phone call instead, I didn't receive one so I had to select "Call again." When I answered that call, there was no voice prompts on the other end of the line, just silence for 1 full minute before I hung up. Beyond frustrated.
It was helpful to have a whole list of available accounts to transfer into including the savings account I was not logged into. Kept me from having to look up the number!
Very difficult to use. Does not show you your credit card account transactions. And then when you make a transfer it doesn't even let you use it until later even if the money is immediately taken out of the account. Truley a terrible app that feel like it's user interface hasn't been updated since the mid 2000s. You'd think a bank would be able to invest a little bit of there money into a pleasant user experience on there app, but unfortunately it seems like it will remain a clunky unusable mess
It's a good app, it's easy to transfer money and the app always works. I've never had any issues with it crashing, very reliable. But it takes a very long time to update your funds on the app. For example, if you spent money on Monday. You may not see that on your account until Wednesday or Thursday, sometime up to a week later.
Glitchy app. Small town bank that is not lagging in the digital age. Deposits are slow and have to retake the pictures several times.
I've been using this app for a number of years, certainly more than 5 to 7 years and it's always worked just as advertised. Highly recommend! Thank you Golden Plains Credit Union!
Used to love it but now it doesn't show me what's pending and it doesn't update for like 2 weeks. I could have $0 and it won't tell me bc it'll still show an old amount
It's convenient.... when it works. But 9 times out of 10 the app stops working and won't allow me to transfer money from savings to checking. Which is very irritating and causes lots of problems for me. Other than that it's accessable and easy to use.
App is terrible! Loaded literally the first time after downloading and thats it. Every time right after signing in it says "session timed out" and shuts down. I just opened a rewards account and have to have access to this app, but you wont let me! So damn frustrating!
Easy to navigate and understand. I like that I am able to access all my GPCU accounts in one place and move my money if and as i need to. Only issue I have is they seem to have a lot of down time most every evening when you cannot access any information on your account with their main system not just this app.
Account takes days to post certain charges making it difficult to know you actual balance in real time.
Wish credit cards were easier to get to. The rest is great. No problem moving between accounts or using bill pay.
I love this app, it does most everything you need except the ability to print a statement. You have to do that on a desktop and i cant open my account on my computer. Dont know why, i am working with the bank on it now.
The app isnt great. Hard to set up transfers to and from these accounts. Unable to set up a checking account on it.
One of the best banking apps I've ever used, fairly easy to navigate and performs as expected.
Dose pretty much everything you. Buggs out from time to time but nothing major. Just close the app try again in a few min.
Great app. Easy to use. Love that I can see all my accounts, including our vehicle loan, at a glance.

Wish I can do more, and the transfers were an imidiate effect.
the only thing i don't like is the mobile deposit. they don't just allow it, you need to jump through hoops to use it. other than that it is a great app
Great app. Very few issues, super easy to transfer funds between my accounts.
I really like the convenience of it. Except I wish it give me details with my credit card. It give zero information on my golden plains CC.
Requirement to write for mobile deposit only golden plains credit union on every check is beyond ridiculous! This punishes everyone for people trying to double deposit. Figure out a better solution!!!!!
Works well. But notifications don't seem to work until i log on then leave the app Then notifications from a days ago come through
Easy to use. Only time it has issues is when they are uploading data, around 6 am
The app works great for normal money management. However, for the past year it has consistently logged me out several times before I'm able to complete a mobile check deposit. This occurs randomly after trying to take a picture of the front or back of a check. I re-downloaded the app and it worked. But the same thing happens over and over. It works after re-downloading. Honestly, mobile deposit is like rolling a six sided dice with five blank sides. Idk, if it's my phone or what.
