I can't use this app at all. It keeps loading before I can even chose my movie and if I manage to choose, the next page will be blank. Sometimes the app was forced close by itself. Please fix it.
The app does not allow us to proceed with the booking or buying of the tickets. Its just for decoration/advertisements I guess. No purpose. It asked me to upgrade but I just downloaded and there is no upgrades to be done.
I have a problem with the application whenever i open it. It starts loading and cannot be used. I had to refresh the application for a few times before using it. I kinda get stuck whenever i want to book a ticket urgently. Hope the team can solve this.
in 4 out of 5 times using the app it keeps loading forever even after update, cleared other apps, 2 to 3 times getting back at the app still loading, server failed. somehow the website works quite fast. guess i better use the website instead. the app is waste of space and battery
For a first-time user, the Loading button would pop out and never settled. I am extremely annoyed, this is the first time I'm installing and this happened? What if I'm in hurry of purchasing tickets but it wouldn't even pass the front page? Do not blame my internet connection, I have been using it right before I install this app. Please help fix for first time user.
I booked 2 tickets for a movie through the app.. My bank statement showed the transaction was successful. However, there is no tickets showed in my history.. Emailed the customer service with no response.. Bad experience
Been told by the staff only apps or online booking can enjoy Aeon CC promo buy 1 free 1. I have tried several times to pay via credit card in the apps and the website, both screen shown blank, unable to proceed make payment. But switch to use online banking like RHB NOW and Hong Leong Connect, payment can be done. Been having the same issue in consecutive 3 days. 🙄🙄🙄
Very bad interface and not user friendly. Make me mad to purchase fnb. Wrong move, you need to re-order. What's is the function of history? Cant view them, just for show.
it can't seem to be working! I can't even log in. It's feel like the apps has bug. The apps keeps buffering and i doesn't have any patient to wait. please fix it!
This app needs a lot of improvements. For some reason, whenever i use my mobile data, the app loads infinitely. This is a major inconvinience when we wanna scan our QR ticket. I have to screenshot the QR using my house Wifi and use that to get into the cinema instead. Overall, when it comes to buying tickets and viewing showtimes, it works even if it does glitch out sometimes.
The worst cinema app i ever use. Constant errors and showtimes not updated. Error messages when attempting to pay via credit card.
What a stupid Apps Over 20 times booking cannot go through..rfresh seat .. seat still available. All bank in and debit credit payment method hang until time out. TnG wallet unsuccesful. Just throw this apps into bin ..
Couldn't proceed to make payment via credit card. After clicked on credit card option and it showed blank page and waited more than 5mins and still not loading payment page. So you left me no choice to go for TGV.
App crashes during seat selection. Website booking is more stable but the earlier preferred seat selection will be marked as unavailable. Please change to a better app developer.
Every time I open the app, I'm always stuck on the screen that says "Loading". No matter how long, it is always on the loading screen.
Why is this app keep crashing when doing the sear selections?? I've uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same.. was ok before the last update.. fix it please
Lousy app, i cant even make a payment, tried both TnG or Credit Card. TnG failed, Credit Card just kept showing blank white page. Please debug your payment gateway.
Customer service able to resolve my problem, turned out I need to input my name after register. Only then I'm able to buy ticket using E-wallet. I think have to let user know they have to key in their name during registration
Doesn't stop Loading ... Stuck at loading screen forever, reinstalling doesn't work! Just gave up buying tickets and decided to use TGV Cinema instead.
It is convenient to use. It will be perfect if you include option to share via WhatsApp or Messenger etc. Most people watch movie in groups and 1 person buy tix.
When you didn't want to purchase any foods, the page cannot proceed to next page, please give a skip button. And come to the payment page, once you try to tick the agree, all the agreement pot out, too much of this slow responsive apps. Please improve the user experience.
It's hard to book tickets online. Always unsuccessful and dont know what prevents me from successfully book the tickets.

Tried to buy movie tickets from this app, out of i don't know how many times i tried to buy i ended up buying at the cinema cos of apps suddenly hang Very disappointed
The app keep crashing and a bit lag. Payment method to use Maybank2u not open to next page to do payment, instead keep showing transaction unsuccessful. Then how I suppose to make payment if the page not open to Maybank2u. LoL. Wasting time n energy. Too bad. This happened several times aldy. Seems like no action taken from your side.
