This app is awful. Hit or miss if it's going to work. The feature I rely on the most is managing my tickets. Where the QC check? I am forced to go to the website to sell my tickets. You know what else is sad, the feedback link in the app is disabled. Also, email address listed for "contact developer" bounces. Now I'm getting "session expired, please sign in again" but can't. Also get oops air ball, something went wrong. Try again later. Does anyone read the feedback? Same problems as others.
I've been unable to use the app to list my tickets all season. I've had to do it over the website only. Occasionally, I can not even log into my account and I will have to uninstall/reinstall to log back in. Currently, the app the app won't allow me to login to my account because it says I have no internet connection, but obviously, I have an internet connection because I'm writing and posting this review right now. This app was created to manage season tickets but I can't use it. Please fix.
App is barely functional. Incredibly frustrating to use for trying to manage my tickets. Throws up errors constantly and gets into error states that can't be fixed without completely closing the app and clearing app data. Garbage
This app is absolutely the worse for trying to manage your tickets. Error saying session expired, but then no other option to sign back in. After reinstalling, still unable to login to account. Horrible app.
AFAIK this is the only way to access my tickets, and when I try to do so I get the same error that was reported back in December 2021 by Kevin. "Session Expired. Please sign in again" (without a link to actually sign in). So how exactly does one get into a game when the only way to present a ticket is through this non working app?
This app is a game day choker!. At the Boston game yesterday the Ticket Booth was clogged with fans rerouted over to access their e-tickets to gain entry. The poor box office staff of 3 was sadly overwhelmed. Everyone had the same problem, luckily I arrived 40 min early which gave me time to stand in line and get a ticket text to my phone. This took 20 min. and a long line was left behind me. I'm a 34 year season ticket holder in section 4. Why do the Ws put up with this ongoing mediocrity?
Constantly crashing. Terrible option for season ticket management. I've had to use the website every time
I am sick of all of the Chase Center notifications! All I want are the Warriors games! This app continually trys to show me events coming to the Chase Center! It only just started doing that...🤨!
Come on Accenture. Do better. Session expired with no option to sign in again leaves this app unusable.
Awful for season ticket holder management. Used to have a lot more options and it was easy to compare listing price to recently sold tickets in comparable areas. There's also a bug where if you need to change the ticket price, you can't for more than one ticket at a time, and even if you do change the price on one you can't change the price on the other, forcing you to cancel your post and repost it completely. I miss the regular web interface.
This app is useless. I really liked the old app better. I want info on JUST WARRIORS games. I don't care about other events at Chase Center. There are no notifications when games start, end of quarter scores, etc. The schedule layout is stupid. Why do I have to scroll side to side to see a month calendar? Viewing the roster is even more stupid. The photos are too big which makes you have to scroll too much too. Bring back the old app. Deleting this piece of garbage.
is a really good app. It gives you all the updates with everyone's Point scores and percentages. But one thing I would like to add for them to add to the afters when ever golden state is on live we could actually watch them live from the app. But they can try to work on that then this will become one of the greatest apps other than ESPN. Until they updated it. It's not that good now.
won't open so i tried force stopping. didn't work so i deleted and now it wont install on my android phone
What a garbage app, notifications are all blank and no where for me to turn off notifications? Where are the settings? UI is impossible to navigate with text that blends into the background and stretched to hell photos everywhere. Whoever was contacted to design this app has never designed an app in their entire life. I have no choice but to uninstall this hot trash.
For a team located in Silicon Valley, headed by VC guys, this app is truly a disappointment. Whenever I open the app, it doesn't allow me to progress beyond the initial screen. I have to close the app and reopen for it to function. 22nd century technology, ladies and gentleman. I have other gripes (app not maximized for android, etc.) but the above is my main issue with the thing.
Too many bugs. Have to uninstall/reinstall everytime I need to access my tickets.
This app has never operated correctly. I've been a season tix holder for 17 years and this app is horrible too many crashing problems
The new app is a lot worse than the old version. It's a lot harder to find the information you want. It took too long to find the box score. There's no schedule. That's pretty basic info to leave out of the app. They're really focused on filling seats at the Chase Center, and that's fine, but I actually care about the road games too. Bring back the old app, and bring back Jim Barnett!

Good tool for keeping up with the Warriors, with nice graphics. I don't like the way ads move themselves to the part I'm reading, and I'd pay five bucks to remove them, but i think the nba makes more money this way. The reminders are really handy, and the clips are well edited, and look good. Hey NBA, why don't you make music vids of players, like you did in the 80's? They are really motivating, and make nice gifts! (wink)
Cannot use app more than once since the next time I try to login, it tells me Session Expire, please log in again, but I have no way to exit screen. Closing app completely doesn't even work. I must Uninstal it every time
The warriors + Chase center upgraded app couldn't be worse. Last season it took 2-3 clicks from the home page to find tickets for any game. On the current app I still haven't found more than tickets for the next game, and even that takes more than a few clicks. It's clear the warriors are no longer the main product the organization is selling.
The app doesn't show much beyond basic info that is accessible with many websites. The part I wanted was to get to my ticket. I set up the app at home, logged in, viewed the ticket info. Upon arriving at the venue, nothing. No upcoming events, no ticket info. Nada. Complete fail.
App content not sized properly for the screen, so some content is only half visible. Some content is too large relative to the screen, leaving very little space for the scrolling content. Also, whereas the app used to be primarily Warriors content, it now is primarily Chase Center content.
The stats (especially in box score) are barely visible and not readable. Same problem last year but this year the stats got even lighter instead of darker. If this problem is fixed, it would receive a high rating.
This app update is incredibly buggy. You can't really see ticket prices for more than the immediate next game. You can click through the Events tab to where the list of games should be but it's not there. If you click on the schedule, it shows only the away games and gives you links to buy flights on United. And the list goes on. Invest some of those seat license dollars on a real app, Joey Lightyears.
I miss the old app. I JUST want Warriors info, I don't care about everything else. If I can ever afford to go to an event at Chase, maybe then I'll care about the rest, but right now, not so much. No widget for me to follow scores or let me know about the next game. And of course, I have yet to actually GET INTO the app, it always gives me error messages so I can't even look around to see if maybe I want to keep it in the first place. Uninstalling at some point. Esp if I cant get IN to it.
Good when it works. But far too often when I go to access my tickets, it tells me to sign into my account again. When I click to do so, I get an error message that says "session expired". And I'm in an endless loop. Tried clearing cache. No help. Only solution is uninstall and reload the app. Incredibly frustrating.
