Dead App! I called the company and they said it has been out for a while. They have no real time for when it will be repaired.

Wont sign me in, dont recognize my email. I can login prefectly fine on the website but the app doesnt work

The app works just fine so far. All the people complaining that you can't log in, it says quite clearly on the gvea website that the app and website are two different systems, and require two different logins. To make the app account you need the meter number from off your meter, and your account number. Took me less than 5 minutes to have it up and running, and its VERY nice from what I can see.

You have to recreate your entire account separate from your already existing web-based bill pay account. Form fields on the registration page are buggy, inserting wrong/multiple characters, making it impossible to register. Better luck next time. This app is beta at best.

I tried to contact the admin after my account got locked, contact link only dials the GVEA phone number and nobody picks up. Looks like I'm going to have to waste gas driving on down to their building from now on..

As many people had commented this app has issues. I can login on my computer but not with this app. Too bad I was very excited of the possibility.

Had to give it a one star because just like the person posted before said can't log in to try it. Already registered to use the website and can log in fine but not on the app. Need to streamline before they roll out an app that you can't log into. The url on the help page does not work either.

works well! GVEA's site states online accounts and app accounts unfortunately aren't linked so setting up requires separate entries. app functions very well. no issues so far.

This thing never works. Nothing but a waste of time.

Can't sign in. All my info is correct. Log into the website just fine, but the app can't log in!

Get app to work and recognize info that's already in system that is GVEA has from main site would help A LOT.

Not sure why the app has to have permission for everything on my phone. Why does it need my camera? Why does it need my GPS location. Seems too intrusive to use. Haven't even finished download and I am ready to delete.
