When I open game, It won't go past the loading bar. Says"Carson must be tinkering with the servers again" I have downloaded 3 other Shipwrecked games and none of the are doing this. I have uninstalled and installed this game several times and still does it. I am thinking of uninstalling it and not wasting my time. Can someone fix this?
It takes an average of 3 tries to get into the game as it keeps crashing. Once I am in the game, it usually crashes after playing an ad, meaning I have to launch the app again. Today I was shown 4 ads in a row without once being able to see the game itself- just one ad after another till I quit the game. The game itself is fun but at its current state basically unusable.
too much technical difficulties. keeps freezing every few minutes requiring shut off and reboot.
Stops game play to force you to create a popreach id. No matter what you enter, it says the name is taken. Even when you input random letters. It was a decent game up til then. And I encountered the same problem as The_Forgotten did according to their review. 10 minutes without ads then a barrage of them. Once I made it past the barrage, it normalized. But the inability to use my name, or any other set of letters, makes it literally unplayable.
It was fun for a while but I couldn't finish certain tasks bc objects would disappear when I moved it. When I would go back to the task and click "go" it couldn't find the object either even after it was uncovered so I know it wasn't just me. The game needs an update and bug fix.
Fun game. video ads are a little intrusive but you learn to live with them haha. what I really wanted to comment on is the support team. they were so very helpful when I had an issue. It took about a week of emails back and forth but I don't mind that as they took good care and my issue is resolved. Thank you! 4 stars only because of all the video ads they didn't have a year ago.
Love this game been playing forever but I think the latest update has caused some problems. I can no longer enter the game
Game still won't load. Forget about tech support. Deleting both Westbound and Shipwrecked. It's easier to find a new app altogether. Yes thank you for responding and resolving the issues😁I love both games.*UPDATE: Still playing this game because i love it so much but i don't like the constant interruptions(ads) for other games👎😠
This game is not working now I been playing for awhile now won't work says retry but nothing... adding today game still not working still can't get in getting ready to delete it
I Have years of play and money invested in this game. I have watched it go through several developer names and endless tech support failures. This used to be a fun game until I was not able to get help. it took 2 years to get an answer last time and now it wont even load. I would love to play again but Carson is always tinkering with the servers. It never loads. Kiwi, RockYou, and now PopReach? How about fixing this and Shipwrecked Lost Island.
Ok, so i love this game BUT there are a few huge problems! First, its expensive as hell! If you dont have money to spend on a game dont play this one. They do not give you enough of anything to actually do all the tasks needed to build ur town so the tasks will expire. Sceond, you cannot save the game!! You cant save thru facebook or anything. So i cant play it on my ipad and ive lost a few epic towns when getting a new phone so ive had to completly start over.
Fun, it does take a little while to progress but requires patience as it isn't easy getting the items you need to complete quests, yes; Sadly quite a few don't get completed in time so I have several incompleted tasks that were time sensitive I didn't finish...Other then that and some minor things I have no complaints! Love the game!!
Decent game, but it has issues. Constantly crashes, especially when an ad pops up. Plus it uses alot of battery life. May end up deleting it!
love this app, just wish i didnt waist so many pick axes in mine, it seems like every rock should have something in it for the amount of tasks that take me to mine, anyways still love the game just wish that more people knew about clearing the valley of random peoples towns, as long as you have 1 pick axe it lets you clear up to 3 areas...and never uses your own pick axes to do it !!!!!
Spent money buying pick axes and then all my progress was basically lost. All my land I had opened up using the pick axes has went back to the original beginning size and my buildings and everything I had worked for you can still see some of it in the clouds but cant get to without using the pick axes.
Not worth the effort to play. Three times in one day I played the game and not one pick axe was earned clearing debris. It's a free game so I will not pay for them or for gold or coin. You need these items to continue building onto your camp site. This is the second time I've installed and uninstalled this game and nothing has gotten better. THIS was the last time.
Sorry such a low score but, despite a good start, as you level higher, there are lots of glitches, can't complete tasks ( Ruby's camp will only let you have 3 out of 4 gifts needed), no gold to replenish stock, coins not added in, activities impossible without paying. What a shame, as a good premise.
the increased ads everytime you open the game get extremely annoying. you also try to build things and then never are able to get the parts from the mine after a certain length of time so plenty of building just sit unfinished. done with this game
Bad game you have to buy lots of pickaxes lost all the pickaxes in the mine after a key that never shows up. Rubys place wont let me click on chests to complete quest and locks me to her place! I'm not going to email you! This is a common problem fix the game and stop being so greedy! Uninstalling!
Why the hell do you need to Manage and make phone calls? The description says it's to save progress, but that seems like nonsense to me. I will never install a game that needs permission to 'Manage and Make Phone Calls'. You don't need that and it's a big security issue.
The ads on this game is ridicules. I can't even click on something g without watching 10 or even more ads in a row. This would be a good game if they would remove the ads. Another thing I do not like is some ads pop open my play store without clicking on the ad. Don't force games on people.
The controls are clunky.. the icons are too small and I can't drag over piles of coins i need to click on each one separately. I can't zoom in enough which when you have big fingers like me it gets tiring constantly trying to click on small icons.
I really like this game, and I've been playing for a while. But there is no way to get the clay hill. I've done everything said in all the tutorials. But I can't find any canyon, and when I go into the mine, it just brings me a prize. I've gone through many levels, but without the clay hill I cannot continue. I don't know what's wrong with my app. I'll fix my review if anything changes
I'm gonna get right to the point,it's a good game with too many ads I get an ad every minute and the only way to stop it is to buy sometin.But the game anit worth the investment of cash mostly because people will just annoyed and delete and quit.And if you guys think a game that piles their players with ads in order to make them to make a purchase in order to stop the annoyance,well then that game anit going to succeed anytime soon. -i quit this game
I had to edit my comment as I am highly disappointed with this game now. I've been playing for 7 years and really enjoyed playing it until now. It's as if the game has hit a wall. I'm playing for the same decorations I already have. For the last month, there has been nothing in the "featured" section. What's going on? I thought I had to update it but there's no update button. I'm not going to delete the game because I've invested too much into building this town. But I have stopped playing it.
Liked the gameplay and art style very much. Howeve, way too many ads. Four ads in a row is too much, can't enjoy the game. I will definetely try this again aftet some time.
They do not honor their mistakes.Items that you pay out of pocket go missing. They use tapjoy for "free" rss. it only work if you try for items under 10 axes. If you do use tapjoy make sure to take alot of screenshots to prove you completed the task,eben then its 50/50 .I stopped using it,and just don't bother with to the app.aanymore, due to to many screwups.
Too limited and too buggy. I've tried for a few days to get enough pickaxes from debris to find the key for the next quest. And I cant pass the quest in Rubys village, because nothing happens when I tap on anything. Not worth it, uninstalling.
