Terrible! Not user friendly, no satellite veiw, WHY??? Locate can be several yards off and in cities satellite view is imperative! Why, why, why did you fix something that wasn't broken? Really makes me want to look at other options for my GPS recovering needs!
Garbage, half the time it doesnt work and I've been trying to open the app for the last 30 minutes and nothing but a blank screen
Garbage app. Just ramdomnly quits locating stuff. Then next day itll show locate like 20 times in a row.
You messed with something that worked great now it reffers me to an app that wont recognize my account. Thanks for nothing

I like gold star gps better then all the other companies we use to locate vehicles. App is easy to use on desktop and on mobile. The one thing I dislike is haven't to log in every single time I use the app. Is there anyway you can save my log in and pw? When you repossess cars sometimes seco d's make the difference.

Truly helps but dont cut you recovery mans pay as it still dont stop a bullet nor does it help when its locked in a field behind a gate

Total freakin garbage where is the option for satellite images... App is totally useless.. poorly designed and not well thought out for practical use... Please go back to the the previous app. There wasn't anything wrong with it ... Not worth using the service anymore. Waste of time... Still can't find vehicles in a parking much less than trying to find a vehicle not located on our own property.. poorly executed app design... Time to get a new gps service.
