I haven't used it long, but it gets 5 stars, it's got exceptional features, with lots of tools. It's monetization is based on save files. 20 free ones then you can pay for more. The have smaller quantities but 1,000 is 4 bucks. It's an exceptional deal for a tool this feature packed. As far as I can tell anyway. If this is how it is, this will be my go to from here on in.
When editing the volume, it does not save the output in the music player. It just remains at the same dB levels from the original. Better off with the pc version where every feature DOES work.
The app's good, but it doesn't actually save properly. I chose to save an audio as an mp3 file, but then it was nowhere in the folder I put it in. I plugged my phone into my pc to try and look for it, and I found it, but it was just a regular 'file' and I couldn't open it.
GoldWave is a MUST HAVE for music editing! Just like their PC software, this Android app is easy to use yet incredibly detailed and rich. I don't know how GoldWave was able to take all the features of it's big brother and cram it into the palm of your hand. If you are into music editing on the go, then this app is the only app you need!
I know that Goldwave is a very good editor but the file management is a disaster. Edit:After the developer responded to my review I was able to find the edited file within seconds.Reading other users comments and responses from the developer I understand the reasons why Goldwave is saving the file differently. I upgrade the editor now to 5 stars because the software just deserves it.
Cons: The app is very hard and choppy to use, I have a high-end phone, and I'm an advanced user. Pros: a lot of settings, and no advertising at all. But I can't make use of them when the interface is too complicated and choppy.
Flawless! ***100% AD Free!!!*** As someone who has used 'Steinberg WavLab'', I am very impressed with this... considering it's FREE and has NO ADS! Although not as advance as 'WavLab'... the amount of editing options you get is PHENOMENAL! This is not for people who have no editing experience and just want to chop up a ring tone... (although it can do that). It is aimed at more professional studio editors, although by all means... 'newbies' have a go... but please don't complain!
Very good! I'm using it for my undertale AUS music. But I accidentally saved a song before I edited it, and I cant delete it? It would be nice if we could see all the things you saved, and delete it. I already deleted the file from my phone, so it really shouldn't be in the app...
You people are funny acting like you never heard of GoldWave it's one of the oldest audio editors on the market. It's pretty solid to as long as you don't need to set loop points. I've owned the desktop version for over ten years Im glad he let us use our license codes this was sorely needed on android
By far BEST APP for editing Music. This app is for people that can use their brain and not for people who do not even know how and where files are stored. The bad critics are not justified. Those people who are lost when an app is a bit more professional should stay quiet. They are not able to understand how apps work because of their own incompetence. Unfortunately this has become usual in our days and must be very frustrating for good developpers. We live in a sad world.
I haven't used the Android version yet, so I don't know how well it works. What I DO know is that I've been using the PC version forever. I think I started with the shareware version somewhere around 1994-1995. It has been my goto choice for all those years. When I stumbled across it here, I was ecstatic! After all these years, I'm willing to give a 5 star rating to this app & the developers on credit. They deserve that much.
Best audio editor for android by far (not that there are many to choose from) it simply works, and as of today (2/3/22) no adverts whatsoever.
Close enough to my PC version, it's very intuitive and I can use it without any learning curve.
By far the absolute easiest editor I have used BUT, when I save the files and go back to the file nothing actually saved. I have spent hours editing only in vain.
Gotta be the best audio editor app no adds, can import midi's, has basically everything, ok interface, and free it's the best one I found yet.
This editing audio app is a remendation in my opinion, it works well! Although it dosen't have a lot, it's still decent though!
goldwave audio editor i like it very much please make some changes in it add chorus in effects i hope you will definitely follow my advice i found it very good after using it i hope that It will include many new things, many good wishes and best wishes for it
It works it's just the problem is that my audio doesn't save! And I've wasted multiple saves trying to download my audio and it not working! So can someone help me?
Best mobile audio editor I've used so far. I've tried quite a few editors, this one is by far the best. It can do things to audio I didn't even know I wanted to do.
I can't even get the app to open. I uninstalled, shut down my phone for about half hour, reinstalled app and still cannot get it to open. I own a Samsung Note 20 Ultra.
Just started using this app and thus far, it is really good! No complaints.. I will definitely be making a purchase so this app can continue to be out there. Yep, this one is the real deal! To those that created it and got it to were it is today, thank you soooo much! Respect!!
Absoluty superb. Loving it. Is it going to allow only 20 files to save? Please lift the limitations to save the number of edited files.
Interface more than simple, hiss reduction, time and pich correction astonishly intuitive. Exellent app for fast ironing the future uploads.
I really like this app. Very nice editing can be done with this app. But I do not understand where the file is saved. Dear Corporation Please Replay Me With Solution.I think you understand me.
Great App. Would give 5 stars if i could loop selected sound, like you can with regular music app.
This the best editor, and one that many haven't heard of. I have used the desktop for many years for quick edits. I prefer it over the compensations. Goldwave has always been golden, it feels better to use, much better than audacity in my humble opinion. Do a search and see for yourself what people have been saving for. Very few apps have made it this far. Android isn't the best platform, but that's we've got for now. Many apps are having troubles porting over.
